GRAY GROUND
PERSPECTIVE

related to the direction of lines and
the size of objects. As objects recede

objects using tone and color gradations.
Because of the impact of the atmosphere,
distant objects grow fainter. Objects seem
lighter in color and with a more blurry form as
they recede into the distance or into the
atmosphere.

CENTRALIZED FORM are made up of a number
of secondary forms that are grouped together
to form a dominating, central, and parent form.
LINEAR FORMS are placed in a row or series of
forms along a line in a sequential order.
RADIAL FORMS are linear form compositions
that expand outward from a core form in a radial
shape.
GRID FORMS are modular forms with
relationships defined by a three-dimensional
grid.
VOLUME
refers to the amount of three-dimensional space occupied. As a
result, it relates to firmness or thickness. Volume is seen in two
ways: by contour lines or outlines of objects, and by surface
lighting and shadows.
