    When the one who possesses Saiyan blood reaches
    the age of 18, he will become an adult Saiyan.
    Saiyans
    After 19 years old or health less than 1/3, Saiyans will
    have a chance to evolve to Saiyan 1 Race.
    Saiyan 1 Race
    After 19 years old or health less than 1/3, Saiyan 1
    Race will have a chance to evolve to Saiyan 2 Race
    but with a smaller chance.
    Saiyan 2 Race
    After 19 years old or health less than 1/3, Saiyan 2
    race will have a chance to evolve to Saiyan 3 Race
    but with a really small chance. From this trait , Saiyan
    Saiyan 3 Race
    3 will have 2 ways to evolve

    Saiyan 4 Race : Follow the calling of Blood line, a Saiyan Blue Race : Become a god, a Saiyan 3 can
