Interpretation:

The debtor turnover ratio of firm is shown in the above figure. Here, in the year 2016 2017 it is 63.34,
and 31.051 for 2017-2018, 24.919 for 2018-2019, 24.919 for 2019-2020 and 40.76 for 2020-2021. It
shows decreasing of the ratio in the beginning of 5 year and then increase in the last year.

Interpretation:

INTERPRETATION
The debt collection period in the year 2016-2017 was 8 days and in the year 2017-2018 it
increased to 14 days and in 2018-2019 it shows 15 days. After that it is showing a decreasing
trend which is a good sign that the debtors amount is collected early.

is required to manage the receivables effectively.
