Michael J. Rourke, District Attorney for the Nineteenth Judicial District, of the State of
Colorado, in the name and by the authority of the People of the State of Colorado, informs the
court of the following offenses committed, or triable, in the County of Weld:
On or about September 16, 2022, Pablo Vazquez unlawfully and recklessly engaged in
conduct which created a substantial risk of serious bodily injury to Yareni Rios-
Gonzalez; in violation of section 18-3-208, C.R.S.
On or about September 16, 2022, Pablo Vazquez unlawfully and recklessly engaged in
conduct which created a substantial risk of serious bodily injury to JORDAN STEINKE;
in violation of section 18-3-208, C.R.S.
On or about September 16, 2022, Pablo Vazquez unlawfully and recklessly engaged in
conduct which created a substantial risk of serious bodily injury to RYAN
THOMECZEK; in violation of section 18-3-208, C.R.S.
On or about September 16, 2022, Pablo Vazquez unlawfully and recklessly engaged in
conduct which created a substantial risk of serious bodily injury to RALPH OLIVAS; in
violation of section 18-3-208, C.R.S.
On or about September 16, 2022, Pablo Vazquez unlawfully and recklessly engaged in
conduct which created a substantial risk of serious bodily injury to MARK RAEL; in
violation of section 18-3-208, C.R.S.

On or about September 16, 2022, Pablo Vazquez unlawfully drove a motor vehicle or
low-power scooter in a careless and imprudent manner, without due regard for the width,
grade, curves, corners, traffic, and use of the streets or highways and all other attendant
circumstances; in violation of section 42-4-1402(1),(2)(a), C.R.S.
On or about September 16, 2022, Pablo Vazquez unlawfully stopped, stood, or parked a
vehicle, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with
the directions of a police officer or an official traffic control device, on any rail road
tracks; in violation of §42-4-1204(1), C.R.S..
