    People v. Pablo Vazquez Case No.: C0622022M 003126

    Michael J. Rourke, District Attorney for the Nineteenth Judicial District, of the State of
    Colorado, in the name and by the authority of the People of the State of Colorado, informs the
    court of the following offenses committed, or triable, in the County of Weld:

    COUNT 1-RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT (M2)

    On or about September 16, 2022, Pablo Vazquez unlawfully and recklessly engaged in
    conduct which created a substantial risk of serious bodily injury to Yareni Rios-
    Gonzalez; in violation of section 18-3-208, C.R.S.

    COUNT 2-RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT (M2)

    On or about September 16, 2022, Pablo Vazquez unlawfully and recklessly engaged in
    conduct which created a substantial risk of serious bodily injury to JORDAN STEINKE;
    in violation of section 18-3-208, C.R.S.

    COUNT 3-RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT (M2)

    On or about September 16, 2022, Pablo Vazquez unlawfully and recklessly engaged in
    conduct which created a substantial risk of serious bodily injury to RYAN
    THOMECZEK; in violation of section 18-3-208, C.R.S.

    COUNT 4-RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT (M2)

    On or about September 16, 2022, Pablo Vazquez unlawfully and recklessly engaged in
    conduct which created a substantial risk of serious bodily injury to RALPH OLIVAS; in
    violation of section 18-3-208, C.R.S.

    COUNT 5-RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT (M2)

    On or about September 16, 2022, Pablo Vazquez unlawfully and recklessly engaged in
    conduct which created a substantial risk of serious bodily injury to MARK RAEL; in
    violation of section 18-3-208, C.R.S.

    COUNT 6-OBSTRUCTING HIGHWAY OR OTHER PASSAGEWAY (PO)

    On or about September 16, 2022, Pablo Vazquez unlawfully, intentionally, knowingly, or


    recklessly obstructed a highway, street, sidewalk, railway, waterway, building entrance,
    elevator, aisle, stairway, or hallway to which the public or a substantial group of the
    public had access or any other place used for the passage of persons, vehicles, or
    conveyances, whether the obstruction arose from his acts alone or from his acts and the
    acts of others; in violation of section 18-9-107(1)(a), C.R.S.

    COUNT 7-CARELESS DRIVING (T2)

    On or about September 16, 2022, Pablo Vazquez unlawfully drove a motor vehicle or
    low-power scooter in a careless and imprudent manner, without due regard for the width,
    grade, curves, corners, traffic, and use of the streets or highways and all other attendant
    circumstances; in violation of section 42-4-1402(1),(2)(a), C.R.S.

    COUNT 8-PARKING WHERE PROHIBITED (TIB)

    On or about September 16, 2022, Pablo Vazquez unlawfully stopped, stood, or parked a
    vehicle, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with
    the directions of a police officer or an official traffic control device, on any rail road
    tracks; in violation of §42-4-1204(1), C.R.S..

    All offenses against the peace and dignity of the people of the State of Colorado.
