ﯾﺘﻢ اﺳﺘﺨﺪاﻣﮫ ﻛﺪﻟﯿﻞ ﻣﺮﺟﻌﻲ ﻟﻮﺿﻊ ﺧﻄﺔ ﺗﻨﻔﯿﺬ ،BIMواﻟﺘﻲ ﺳﻮف ﯾﺘﻢ اﻻﺗﻔﺎق ﺑﯿﻦ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ وأﻋﻀﺎء اﻟﻤﺸﺮوع ،ﻣﻦ أﺟﻞ
اﻟﺘﻨﻔﯿﺬ اﻟﻨﺎﺟﺢ ﻟﻠﻤﺸﺮوع.BIM

ﯾﻤﻜﻨﻨﺎ اﻟﺒﯿﻢ ﻣﻦ اﻧﺘﻘﺎل اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت ﺑﯿﻦ ﻓﺮﯾﻖ اﻟﺘﺼﻤﯿﻢ )اﻟﻤﮭﻨﺪﺳﯿﻦ اﻟﻤﻌﻤﺎرﯾﯿﻦ واﻟﻤﺴﺎﺣﯿﻦ واﻟﻤﮭﻨﺪﺳﯿﻦ اﻟﻤﺪﻧﯿﯿﻦ واﻻﻧﺸﺎﺋﻲ
واﻟﺒﻨﺎء،وﻣﺎإﻟﻰ ذﻟﻚ( إﻟﻰ اﻟﻤﻘﺎول اﻟﺮﺋﯿﺴﻲ وﻣﻘﺎوﻟﻲ اﻟﺒﺎطﻦ وﻣﻦ ﺛﻢ إﻟﻰ اﻟﻤﺎﻟﻚ /اﻟﻤﺸﻐﻞ ؛ھﺬا ﯾﻘﻠﻞ اﻟﺨﺴﺎﺋﺮ وﯾﻘﺪم ﻣﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت اﻛﺜﺮ

ﺣﺴﻨﺎ ﻣﺎ ھﻲ i؟؟؟؟ ﻻزم ﺗﻜﻮن ﺑﮭﺎ ﻣﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت ,ﻛﻞ ﻋﻨﺼﺮ ﯾﻜﻮن ﺑﮫ ﻣﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت ,اﻟﺒﺮﻧﺎﻣﺞ ﯾﻜﻮن ﻋﺎرف ان دي ﺣﯿﻄﺔ و دي ﻋﻤﻮد

اﻻدارة ﯾﺠﺐ ان ﯾﻜﻮن ﻟﺪﯾﮭﺎ ﻓﻜﺮه ﻋﻦ ال BIM.
و ﻣﮭﻨﺪﺳﻲ اﻟﻤﻮﻗﻊ ﻟﯿﺲ ﻛﻞ ﺷﻲ و اﻧﻤﺎ ﻗﺪر ﻣﻌﯿﻦ ﯾﻘﺪر ﺑﮫ ﻣﺜﻼ ان ﯾﻌﻤﻞ ﺣﻞ ﻟﻠﺘﻌﺎرض .

اﻟﺤﺎﻟﯿﺔ ” “Dﻓﻲ اﻟﺒﻼد ،ودﻋﺎ ﻟﻠﻌﻮدة ﺑﺄﻣﯿﺮﻛﺎ ﻛﺰﻋﯿﻢ دوﻟﻲ ﺑﻨﯿﺔ ﺗﺤﺘﯿﺔ ﻗﻮﯾﺔ.

رﺑﻂ ﻛﻞ ﺟﺰء ﻣﻦ أﻣﯿﺮﻛﺎ إﻟﻰ ﻟﻮﺣﺔ ﺗﻮﺿﺢ ﻣﻜﺎن ﻛﻞ ﺣﺮﯾﻖ … ﻋﻦ رﺟﻞ اطﻔﺎء اﻟﺬﯾﻦ ﯾﻤﻜﻦ ﺗﺤﻤﯿﻞ ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻢ اﻟﻤﺒﻨﻰ اﻟﻤﺤﺘﺮق
ﻋﻠﻰ ﺟﮭﺎزز ﺑﯿﺪه“.

ﻣﻨﺬ أرﺑﻊ ﺳﻨﻮات اﻛﺘﺸﻔﺖ اﻟﻮﻻﯾﺎت اﻟﻤﺘﺤﺪة أن ﻧﻈﺎم اﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻢ ﻓﻲ اﻟﯿﺎﺑﺎن وﻛﻮرﯾﺎ اﻟﺠﻨﻮﺑﯿﺔ ﯾﺘﻔﻮق ﻋﻠﻰ ﻧﻈﺎم اﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻢ ﻋﻨﺪھﺎ؛
ﻓﺄﻗﺎﻣﺖ اﻟﻮزارة ﻣﺆﺗﻤﺮاً دُﻋﻲ إﻟﯿﮫ ﻛﺒﺎر رﺟﺎل اﻟﺪوﻟﺔ واﻟﻤﺆﺛﺮون ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ ﺗﺤﺖ ﻋﻨﻮان “أﻣﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺧﻄﺮ”؛ وذﻟﻚ ﻷﻧﮫ إذا ﻛﺎن
ﺧﺮﯾﺠﻮ اﻟﺠﺎﻣﻌﺎت ﻣﻦ ھﺬﯾﻦ اﻟﺒﻠﺪﯾﻦ ﺳﯿﺘﻔﻮﻗﻮن ﻋﻠﻰ ﺧﺮﯾﺠﻲ اﻟﺠﺎﻣﻌﺎت ﻓﻲ أﻣﺮﯾﻜﺎ؛ ﻓﺈﻧﮭﺎ ﺳﺘﻜﻮن ﻓﻲ ﺧﻄﺮ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻋﺸﺮ ﺳﻨﻮات أو
