INVENTORY
Host configuration
form has inventory
tab where you can
enter such details as
name, serial number,
location, responsible
person, etc.
Populating inventory
can be done
manually or
automatically

Clicking on the host's
name will reveal the

IN THIS REPORT, A SUMMARY OF KEY ZABBIX
SERVER AND SYSTEM DATA IS DISPLAYED
USERS WITH SUFFICIENT PERMISSIONS CAN
CONFIGURE SCHEDULED GENERATION OF PDF
VERSIONS OF THE DASHBOARDS, WHICH WILL BE
SENT BY EMAIL TO SPECIFIED RECIPIENTS.
Zabbix server time zone is used for report generation

Custom periods are supported - previous day, week, month or year

Reports can be sent daily, weekly (on chosen days), monthly or yearly

Report generation time can be specified

Report generation can be


started or stopped after specific date
By default, a report is generated using permissions of current user

Recipients do not require any permissions


AVAILABILITY REPORT IS AUTOMATICALLY
GENERATED BASED ON DETECTED PROBLEMS

Shows the proportion of time each


trigger has been in problem/ok state,
and you choose between
• Triggers by host
• By triggers belonging to a template

IN THIS REPORT, YOU CAN SEE THE TRIGGERS THAT
HAVE CHANGED THEIR STATE MOST OFTEN WITHIN
THE PERIOD OF EVALUATION, SORTED BY THE
NUMBER OF STATUS CHANGES.
IN THIS REPORT YOU CAN FIND RECORDS OF
CHANGES MADE IN THE FRONTEND AND API
Time Timestamp of the audit record.

User User who performed the activity.

IP IP from which the activity was initiated.

Resource Type of the affected resource (host, host group, etc.).

Action Activity type Login Logout

Disabled.
ID ID of the affected resource.
Recordset ID Shared ID for all audit log records created as a result of the same
frontend operation.

Details Description of the resource and detailed information about the performed
activity.

OPERATIONS (NOTIFICATIONS, REMOTE
COMMANDS) EXECUTED WITHIN AN ACTION.
A REPORT ON THE NUMBER
OF NOTIFICATIONS SENT
TO EACH USER IS
DISPLAYED.
