"MADAM PALINDROME" RELEASED THIS WEEK Deborah Bond New Soul Star is Born WASHINGTON, DC (July 23, 2011)-Soul Artist DEBORAH BOND (pronounced DEE-BORah) this week released MADAM PALINDROME, the singer's second studio album and third independent project on July 17th to critical acclaim. This long awaited follow up to the debut album DayAfter (2003, Third Logic) and subsequent remix album AfterDay (2006,Asahra Music) features brilliant production team THIRDLOGIC. Deborah Bond may be best known for DayAfter's "See You In My Dreams" whose video is in regular rotation on VH1 Soul and CENTRIC/BETJ. New Album MADAM PALINDROME gives listeners a synchronous scope of love, passion, struggle, self-discovery and self-acceptance on this 11-track masterpiece. DEBORAH BOND and THIRD LOGIC continue to challenge the paradigms of contemporary black music with their unique approach to acid jazz flavoured neo-soul. Of the new album's theme, Bond says "it is all about perspective..." "YOU ARE THE ONE" an upbeat danceable tune is the first single and will feature a video produced/directed by creative newcomer Aaron Keeny.Other album highlights include: "Nothing Matters", "5:35", "Perfect"and "If I Didn't Need You"--a special duet featuring reclusive British "blue-eyed soul" hero Lewis Taylor. DEBORAH BOND is a self-proclaimed "people watcher, dreamer and lover of philosophy", Debrah Bond (pronounced De-BOR-rah) credits Anita Baker, Chaka Khan, and Sade as the roots which shaped her sound. Her unique and "eclectic mix of R&B, funk and Brit soul" receives accolades from fans and critics worldwide. The debut album "DayAfter", and the remix album "AfterDay", established Debrah Bond's reputation as both a deeply sensitive, spiritual, sincere artist and a funky diva with captivating stage presence. While creating MADAM PALINDROME, Deborah found time spread her wings creatively collaborating with Japanese dj duo StudioApartment, avant garde hip hop group The Cornel West Theory and groundbreaking rapper Born-I. Since her 2003 debut Bond has performed alongside the Foreign Exchange, Ronny Jordan, Ledisi and Trina Broussard. As a solo artist, Deborah Bond has opened for artists such as Rahsaan Patterson, Fertile Ground and Goapele. THIRDLOGIC is the three-man production team of Kinard Cherry, Aaron "Funky Chuck" Evans and Robbie McDonald behind Madam Palindrome(2011, ThirdLogic)and DayAfter(2003, ThirdLogic).
