SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Agreement is executed on _____________
BY AND BETWEEN
Achiever’s Immigration having its registered office at 301 Green Plaza, opposite L.P. Savani School, Adajan, Surat, Gujarat 395009. Here in after to as “Service Provider” and ______________________________________ here in after referred as “Client”.
WHEREAS the Service Provider is engaged in providing Consultation for university
admission and visa process for various countries.
WHEREAS the Client engages the Service Provider for availing the services defined herein.
To avail our service it is necessary to submit a check/Demand draft in which beneficiary will be the service provider (Achiever’s Immigration) with amount both parties agreed on INR _____________
1. Our Services:
● University short listing
● University Application ● Assistance in application fee payment ● Preparing SOP & LOR ● Block account opening ● Assistance in block account funding ● Preparation of Visa application and documents ● Assistance in finding accommodation & travel booking
2. PAYMENTS TERMS:
❖ Client has to pay consulting charges as per agreed and mentioned below:
Enrollment fee: INR
Against Admission Letter: INR Visa application documents: INR Against visa Approval: INR
Client Signature ❖ Client has an wavier or authority to get full refund of consultation fee except below mentioned conditions:
● If Client present fake or altered documents to the embassy and gets rejected. ● Presents any extra documents to the embassy without prior consulting with us.
❖ After enrollment if the client decide to drop the idea of studying abroad or face any kind of personal or financial problem, we should deduct complete enrollment fee.
❖ After getting an admission letter from university and client decides not to file for visa or drops idea of studying abroad, client has to pay full consultation charges.
❖ If client fails to file for visa because of delay due to personal reasons or delay in completing with new immigration rules, we reserve right to charge above mentioned fee.
Note: University application fee, Uni-assist fee, visa fee and other cost as not a part of Consultation fee.
The course should contain 50-50 Data Science & Mathematics.
All conflicts are restricted to Surat Jurisdiction
