Prerequisite
The resource objects of the NEs have been configured through configuration management.
Steps
1. On the EMS client, right-click an OMMB agent NE in the NE tree, and select NE
Management > Start NE Management from the shortcut menu. The NE management
function is enabled.
Note:
After the NE management function is enabled, the icon is displayed on the NE node.
2. In the NE tree, right-click the agent NE node again, and select NE Management >
Dynamic Management from the shortcut menu. The Dynamic Management tab is
displayed.
3. Select an NE under the Subnetwork node, see Figure 2-1.

Managed Set Initial Certificate Downloads the initial certificate that is related to the
Network Element CA server from the EMS to the BS.
Query System User Queries the current user list of the BS, including user
Information names and user levels.
Query OMM Access Log Queries the log information that records the operations
of the EMS/LMT connecting to the BS and exiting
the BS. The information includes user name, user
level, operation type, IP address, IP port number, and
operation time.
Clean LMT Modification Clears the LMT data modification flag from the BS.
State
Query NE Connection Queries the information about the EMS or LMT that
are connected to the BS. The information includes
user name, user level, terminal type, IP address, IP
port number, and login time.

Query LMT Author File Queries the contents in the LMT authorization file,
including user names and user levels.
Open LMT Author Flag Enables the LMT access authentication function. The
users that log in through an LMT are authenticated
based on the records that are contained in the LMT
authorization file.
Close LMT Author Flag Disables the LMT access authentication function.
Query LMT Author Flag Query whether authentication is required for access
of the current LMT.
Query Link State Queries whether the status of the link between the
EMS and the BS is the manual link break state.
Manual Link Break Disconnects the link between the EMS and BS.
Manual Link Restore Restores the link break which is caused by manual
link break, between the EMS and BS.
Unblock NE The EMS sends the command of blocking all the cells
in the BS to the BS.
Unblock System The EMS sends the command of unblocking all the
cells in the BS to the BS.

Reset Radio Mode Resets a mode on the BS without affecting the other
modes.
Reset Product Thread Resets the thread(s) of a mode without affecting the
other modes.
Not Allow Write Flash The warning information collected from the BS is not
allowed to write into to a flash memory.
Query Carrier Power Queries the power of the carrier in a channel of the
RRU.
Board Power Off Reset Powers off and resets the specified board.

Disk File Clean Cleans the disk space of the specified main control
board.
Disk File Clean Cleans the disk space of the specified main control
board.
AISG Device Reset AISG Device Controls the AISG device through the AISG protocol
to reset it.
Self Test AISG Device Controls the AISG device through the AISG protocol
to start a self-check.
RET Calibrate Controls the RET device through the AISG protocol
for calibration.
Set RET Tilt Sets the tilt of the electrically tuned antenna.
Set Mode Sets the working mode of the tower mounted amplifier
to normal or bypass mode. In bypass mode, the tower
mounted amplifier is disabled. In normal mode, the
tower mounted amplifier is enabled.
RET Query Tilt Query Queries the tilt of the electrically tuned antenna.

Send Configuration Data Sends the configuration data that is provided by the
AISG device provider to the specified AISG device
for upgrade.
Query Wave Trap Type Queries the type of the wave trap.
