PERSONAL STATEMENT
I’m working As a System librarian at Future University in Egypt, I’m taking the responsibility
of managing the Koha ILS, Dspace digital repository, VUFIND discovery tool and Library
Website.
My previous position was a Project Manager at Egyptian prime vision, during my work period
there I have participated in many library automation Projects like Digital Library projects, CMS
Projects, ILS Projects, digital repositories and RFID projects.
I believe that the open-source solutions is the best solutions for the future of libraries. I have
a good experience in web development using PHP, Perl, html, CSS, jQuery, Flutter, API and
relational database management systems. Now I learning a new technology “DevOps” and
having good experience about Ansible and basics about Kubernetes and chef
