Executive Summary
Junk food sales are highest among high school and college students,

with chips being one of the most popular junk foods. Kangkong chips on the go

is a new business concept for providing new chips. By putting all of the efforts

into detailed and ongoing planning, it came up with the idea of improving the

appearance of chips, adding a new flavor variation to attract customers and

providing services to make purchase easier for customer loyalty. Thinking of

new with the tastiest and healthiest chips possible. In compared to other chips,

kangkong chips on the go aspires to be unique.

Logo and Its Description

The logo features the colors, green and orange. The leaves signify the

product’s main goal, which is to promote a healthy lifestyle, as well as the color

green, which associated health and balance. Orange symbolizes friendliness as

well as a reasonable price in the logo.

Product Description

Kangkong chips on the go is a tasty chip made from fried kangkong. This

is a crunchy, nutritious chips and a healthier alternative to other chips on the

market. It contains a high amount of iron and is an excellent way to encourage

small children to eat their favorite snack without conflict. Although it is fried,

kangkong chips on the go is a tasty and nutritious delight. It’s an unusual

snack that requires you to chew on something crisp other than potato chips.

 To create and sell unique chips that will provide customers with

delicious kangkong chips that will meet their preferences, as well as

new, unusual, and delightful chips that will satisfy customers and

provide healthful snacks for individuals.

 To maintain consumer loyalty by providing high-quality products that

they like and feel satisfied with.

 The business will aspire to be a market leader in providing the finest

quality and healthiest chips snack in Pangasinan and throughout the

Philippines.

 To be able to purchase kangkong chips on the go at supermarket and

convenience stores all across the Philippines.

Goals and Objectives

 To become the most popular alternative snack that is healthier than

what is currently available on the market.

 To gain a 20% growth in market share each year.

 To have a 20% rise in sales per year.

 To consistently attain a customer satisfaction rate of 90%.

Market Analysis

 It will target all customers, including chip lovers and small kids who

have difficulty eating vegetables.

 Students in high school and college who enjoy junk foods snacks.

 People who desire to eat junk food yet are concerned about their health.

Product Advantages

 It will present a food concept in which it be able to provide healthy chips

to the customers.

 Kangkong chips on the go has numerous health benefits due to its

natural ingredients, which include beneficial benefits for skin health,

anemia relief, and immune systems boosting.

 Kangkong chips on the go vary from other chips offered in stores because

it includes kangkong, which is nutritious and safe.

Pricing Structure

 The price of two packs of 100 grams kangkong chips is Php 155, or Php

77.50 each pack.

 The profit per pack of kangkong chips would be Php 20, with a selling

price of Php 97.50.

 Since the kangkong is available because it was planted in the garden, the

profit should be increased by 30 Php, resulting in a net income of 50

Php.

Marketing Plan

The marketing plan will be carried out by using social media as a

marketing tool to reach out to individuals and communicate with them through

our social media platforms. The majority of our advertising will be digital in

order to save money and reach our target market. Daily promotions on

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and twitter will be used to attract

customers to our product. Also, handing out flyers with important details

about our product.
