Abstract
Teachers plays an important role in every students’ life. They are the builders of a better
future. They shape today’s youth and support them as they succeed in life. Being a teacher is
difficult, and they face numerous challenges during their profession. Choosing the right
strategies and approach in teaching to their students is a straggle for them since every
students differ. So, in order to lessen the difficulties of the teachers when teaching, this
research aims to learn some practical strategies for facilitating student learning. There’s a lot
of strategies that a teacher may use to interact with his/her student. The most recommended is
using an interactive activities like games for students to help them be active and the lesson be
lively. It helps the student to be participative and don’t feel bored during the discussion.
However, using this strategy is not always effective because students have different learning
style. Teachers must find out what is the best for their students that will have a great result for
them. No matter what strategies a teacher will use the most important thing is that the
students will understand your lesson and will have knowledge that they can use for their
future. The new generation needs to be persuaded in a favorable way by teachers. Someone
who will push, inspire, or foster an environment where pupils want to learn in order to
improve themselves. Without the use of a strategy, teachers would be aimlessly projecting
information that doesn't connect with learners or engage them. Strategies help learners
I. Introduction
Have you been encountered a research who have been applying some strategies
regarding of facilitating student learning? But, first what is facilitating student learning?
Facilitating student learning is where the students are encouraged to make more control of
their learning process. It means that the facilitating teachers must have their own
strategies to help their student to learn more. Teachers and educational leaders have a

profound and ongoing duty to students when it comes to learning facilitation approaches.
Although the idea of the teacher as a facilitator may be new, it has long been necessary.
Not all teachers are intrinsically capable of supporting learning and assessment in
practice. In the quest to support the learning environment and learning process, this
consider the interaction between students and their instructions and it must have a

Teaching methods that consider the interaction between students and their instructors
have a positive effect on students' learning. The most effective strategy that Instructors
use to benefit student's learning in the classroom is to encourage them to link their
experience in learning in the past to the new knowledge in the present through the class
discussion and help them come up with new ideas that benefit them in their real-life
problem-solving (Akpan & Beard, 2016). With the use of this technique, students can
increase their self-assurance, be inspired to learn more, and make learning easier.
According to Poon (2013), using teaching strategies that combine traditional and
technological learning can improve student learning and promote engaged learning. The
teacher serves as a facilitator in this process, while the pupil serves as learner, as well as
the school serving as the source of rules ensuring validity, collaborative effort, linguistic
that pupils have a successful educational experience. A learning encounter that meets
their needs. In this sense, the essentialism theory of William Bagley proposes that pupils
should study conventional subjects to offer them a firm grasp of their learning (Lynch,
2018). This strategy aids students in using their traditional academic knowledge as a base

teachers can encourage students to identify areas they need to strengthen by treating each
student holistically. Because every student learns and assimilates information differently,
teachers should employ a variety of tactics that cater to the demands of every kid's

all activities that get students to think about the topic and express their ideas on it.
There is, however, a dearth of study on how to apply these ideas to instructing students
in higher education. So, in order to raise awareness of, encourage reflection on, and

The acts pupils take to enhance their learning are known as learning strategies. By

Traditional learning environment is one in which a single teacher interacts directly with a
group of students in a physical setting, such a classroom in a school. The students are
expected to be in class for a set period of time during which they are given instruction on a
number of different themes and subjects and frequently receive practical training relevant to

The research design, setting, population and sampling materials and tools, data collection
techniques, data analysis, and difficulties encountered during data collection are all presented
in this chapter.
Research design
This research essentially made use a qualitative descriptive research design to understand
profoundly the teacher perceptions of informants the regarding the parental involvement in
the education of students. According to Qual Sociol (2019) we define qualitative research as
by making new significant distinctions resulting from getting closer to the phenomenon

Instruments
The researcher utilized an interviewing guide to collect the data needed for this research.
Questions in the interview guide were designed to gather professors' thoughts on Facilitating
Student Learning.
Data Collection
The researcher requested consent from the participants and the school's officials before
beginning the study. A online interview with the participants was arranged by the researcher.
The researcher initially explained the goal of the study before the interview began. Before the
interview was conducted, the researcher also got the participant's permission. The participants
didn't allow the researcher to collect their names and also their school.
Ethical Considerations
The participants rights, interests, and sensibilities were given priority in this study. The
researcher and each participant had exclusive access to the data, and anonymous sources were
utilized to ensure participant privacy. The research design, which gives priority to each
participant's thoughts, opinions, and ideas throughout the inquiry, was explained to each
participant.
There are a lot of strategies we can use to help the student to interact in a Learning
Environment. First, we need to take some games/activity to avoid the boredom. So that, It
will help the students to learn widely. Almost, some of the students are getting bored while
they are listening to their teachers. Maybe, because they wanted to feel fun and happy while
they are studying or learning. In addition to that some of them are shy to show other people
their skills and abilities. so that, some of the teachers we interviewed are making strategies

like they are making a group work to build the bond as a team or as a colleague. Maybe that
applying strategies. Every year, students have the challenging duty of communicating their
needs to teachers. Some children are inherently adept at it; they can express their needs and
desires in a compelling manner and get what they want. However, a lot of people struggle to
effectively communicate with their lecturers. As the more seasoned members of the group,
teachers must establish a connection with their students and continually build on their
communication abilities. Teachers must continually be thinking creatively since teaching has
become a very competitive industry. There is competition among individuals in the school,
and many teachers believe they must accomplish more each year. In addition to the
issues, and developmental issues; these elements place a lot of strain on a teacher's shoulders.
Strategies should teachers use to effectively meet the needs of their students with
different learning styles
Teachers are faced with the challenge of meeting the needs of students who have different
This work analyzes the diversity of different teaching methods and strategies that can be
successfully used to provide content and teach concepts in ways that reach diverse learners in
an effort to establish a flexible learning environment that matches their needs. There are four
distinct learning styles, and the teaching methods employed in classrooms are best designed
when they appeal to each type of learner. Visual Learners prefer to see information and
visualize relationships between ideas. Charts, graphics, and visual aids to show relationships

between points are ideal for students who learn best by seeing concepts presented. Auditory
Leaners desire to hear information rather than reading it or seeing it visually. Students who
learn best in this way like to listen to and verbalize concepts. Throughout the lesson, teachers
can successfully engage auditory learners by repeating key points and posing questions to
them. Reading/Writing Learners absorb information best when reading and writing, as
interacting with text facilitates learning more than hearing or visualizing concepts.
Assignments written in class and handwritten notes are key ways to facilitate learning for this
group of students. In- class activities that get students moving, group assignments, and
problem solving exercises with specific examples work best for active learners. Teaching to
all learning styles during each class can be difficult to achieve. However, there are ways to
enhance course content delivery in order to reach each of the diverse learning styles of
students. Incorporating PowerPoint and other visual presentations, group discussions, guest
effective teaching tactics. While PowerPoint has become a standard that is expected by
students and facilitates content delivery with large class sizes, it can be difficult to keep
students engaged when using this tool. While Visual Learners often prefer PowerPoint notes
with graphics, and auditory learners thrive when PowerPoint content is verbally discussed,
Reading/Writing Learners can be engaged while writing select information that is omitted
from PowerPoint slides, and Kinesthetic Learners can be reached when an in-class activity is
used to teach concepts delivered via PowerPoint. Provide opportunities for students to see the
information, draw or write down concepts, say or discuss the information, and interact with
the material in each class to teach in the most effective way possible. Opportunities for
enhanced classroom engagement include the inclusion of infographics, short readings with
written questions and discussion, video clips to communicate key concepts, group work that

varies in depth and duration, as well as in class activities and experiments. While
incorporating these activities in class does require additional time for implementation, group
interaction promotes the use of valuable skills and facilitates increased student success in the
requirements and an exam structure made up of various ways to gauge knowledge and
understanding of course material are effective ways to assess student comprehension of the
material, just as content delivery is most effective when it caters to different learning styles.
Exams that comprise a mix of multiple choice, fill in the blank, short answer, problem
solving, and essay questions provide a diverse way for students to demonstrate knowledge.
Student feedback confirms that while employing various teaching methods enhances the
successfully teach to and accommodate the variety of learning styles without students feeling
lost in the shuffle of the class throughout the semester. Examples to facilitate organization
include easy access to materials online or in class, clear communication, and including
variety with consistency throughout the semester. When the class environment includes a
varied structure that accommodates diverse learning styles, enhanced learning opportunities
studied, the learner's level of expertise, and the stage in their learning journey. Teaching
strategies are the tactics and methods a teacher will employ to assist their students or pupils
as they learn. Learning methods are crucial for assisting pupils in avoiding their weak regions
and relying instead on their strong ones. The degree to which students understand the
10
importance of particular methods will consequently determine how willing they are to use
such strategies in their classwork and assignments. Students must be aware of their individual
learning styles, needs, and the ways in which various tactics might support those needs.
Therefore, each student's self-awareness of his or her profile of strengths and weaknesses as
well as the strategies that are most effective for his or her learning profile is a crucial
component for successful strategy instruction. Students with learning difficulties are often
inefficient as learners because they have difficulty prioritizing and identifying major themes.
They frequently over focus on details and show major organizational difficulties, which
affect their rate and efficiency as learners. Although they may reach the same goals as their
normally achieving peers, they often differ in how they get there, how fast they get there, and
projecting material that doesn't connect with students or interest them without the usage of a
technique. Strategies foster engagement, connection, and enthusiasm in the delivery of the
content. Some students can even use these techniques independently when they learn new
content once they become familiar with the numerous ways teachers employ. The techniques
and approaches a teacher uses to support student learning are referred to as teaching
strategies. A teacher chooses the instructional approach best suited to the students' current
level of knowledge, the idea being studied, and their stage in the learning process. A learner
uses a learning strategy when they want to organize and apply a particular set of skills to
learn course material or carry out other tasks in a classroom or outside of it more quickly and
effectively. In order to convey academic concepts and cater to each student's unique needs, a
great teacher uses the most cutting-edge and imaginative teaching techniques. However, the
demands of ever-expanding curricular means that educators often stick to their favor teaching

evidence-informed pedagogical ideas that have the potential to expand our repertoire in the
classroom.
