1. Lecture Method:

workers

2. Conference Method:
Trains worker in small groups led by the leader of the meeting and the learners takes an
active part in the process. In this conference method are more demonstrative and are useful
for demonstrating acceptable and incorrect interactions. Until effect are evident, it is
considered to take a large amount of time.
E.g. Conducted in a big hall where the participants are allowed to exchange their views and
satisfy their queries.

3. Programmed Instruction:
Present leaner’s content in two formats which are textbook or computer for teaching. It also
offers immediate output awareness. The content to trainees may be viewed on a screen in
textbook format or teaching machine format.

the rating.
