    DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF LAND

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made, executed and entered into by:

    _____ of legal age, widowed, Filipino, and with residence and


    postal address at ______, Cagayan hereinafter referred to as the
    SELLER

    -AND-

    _______, Filipino, married and with residence and postal address


    at _____ Buguey, Cagayan, hereinafter referred to as the
    BUYER.

    WITNESSETH;

    WHEREAS, the SELLER is the absolute owner of three (3) parcels of land located at
    _____, Cagayan, and covered by Transfer Certificates of Title No. T-18948 ________), more or
    less, respectively, and more particularly described as follows:

    Descriptions

    WHEREAS, the BUYER has offered to buy and the SELLER has agreed to sell the
    above mentioned three (3) parcels of land for the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND (PhP
    50,000.00) Philippine Currency;

    NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of FIFTY THOUSAND (PhP
    50,000.00) Philippine Currency, hand paid by the buyer to the seller, the SELLER DO HEREBY
    SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale unto the said BUYER, his heirs and
    assigns, the certain three (3) parcels of land together with all the improvements found thereon,
    free from all liens and encumbrances of whatever nature including real estate taxes as of the date
    of this sale.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have signed our names this 24th day of May ___, at
