    SALE AGREEMENT

    OF VEHICLE

    This AGREEMENT of SALE is made and executed here at Karachi


    on this _____________ day of ________________________.
    BETWEEN
    Mr. _______________________ S/O _______________________, Muslim,
    Adult, Holder of CNIC No _______________________, Resident of
    ________________ ____________________________________, hereinafter
    Called the “VENDOR” Party of the FIRST PART.
    AND
    Mr. _______________________ S/O _______________________, Muslim,
    Adult, Holder of CNIC No _______________________, Resident of
    ________________ ____________________________________ Hereinafter
    called the “VENDEE” Party of the Second Part.

    WITNESSETH AS UNDER: -
    Whereas the first party is the sole and absolute owner of a

    referred to as the “SAID VEHICLE”

    WHEREAS the VENDEE approached to the VENDOR to purchase the

    NOW THEREFORE TERM AND CONDITION IN WITNESSETH AS


    UNDER

    1. That the VENDEE has paid a sum of Rs. ______________/- (Rupees

    PAYMENT in respect of the above said vehicle and VENDOR
    passed a separate receipt as well.

    2. That the remaining balance amount of Rs.______________ (Rupees

    by the VENDEE to the VENDOR by ________________

    3. That the VENDOR will not be responsible for whatever happened


    to above mentioned vehicle after the delivery of vehicle which take
    place on date ______ Day of ___________________.

    4. That at the time of signing of this agreement all responsibility


    shall be occurred by the VENDOR.

    5. That moreover the VENDOR will not be responsible for any thing
    which is mentioned here and also which is not mentioned here in
    any case in relation to a vehicle after the delivery of said vehicle
    as per according to date and time mentioned above.

    6. That at the time of registration and transfer, the VENDOR will co-
    operate to the VENDEE and if he fails to perform his duty, then
    the agreement will be cancel in this respect and the vendee will
    take legal action against the VENDOR.

    7. That the VENDOR undertakes that the said vehicle is free from all
    sorts of liens, encumbrances, dispute and if any dispute arises
    against the said vehicle all responsibility shall be occurred by the
    VENDOR.
