ORGANIZATIONAL PLAN

This section describes the form of the business organization, the


liability of the owner, the organizational structure, the role of the
owner, and the proposed salary.

FORM OF BUSINESS ORGANIZATION

3D printing pros operates under a partnership organizational


structure, specifically a general partnership. A business partnership is a
for-profit company formed and run by two or more people. The general
partnership is the most common because it is the simplest, most
straightforward, and least expensive to form. It Is a partnership in which
all partners are responsible for the business and have unlimited liability
for its debts. Each general partner shares both the business’s benefits
and its liabilities.

LIABILITY OF THE OWNER
Every partner bears unlimited liability for the company’s obligations. Including debts and
taxes. This means that if the partnership fails to make loan payments, the general partners’
personal assets may be liquidated to repay the debt. To protect partners from each other, the
general partnership liability insurance is available.

ROLES OF THE OWNERS


Each business partner has different roles that can manage the business.

PARTNER 1
• Assist in the management of the employees. Partner 1 manages the integration of an
organization’s strategic direction.
• Partner 1 will be the one to decide when to hire, train, and mentor staff. They must know
the duties, regulations, and other things concerning employees.
• Develops, and executes the vision, mission, and general direction.

PARTNER 2
• The salary of his employees, and the payment of all debts.
• Setting the budget and then comparing actual income and expenditures is an important
role of partner 2.
• Evaluates success and potential business opportunities and other reports and financial
costs to better meet budgets.
PARTNER 3
• Manage the printing and the products to be served to costumers.
• Manages the purchase of products and raw materials to be used in printing.
• Partner 3 also manages suppliers to facilitate delivery.

PARTNER 4
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the business area, especially in the workstation.
Develops strategies and ideas to attract more customers.
• In charge of making the staff schedules and day offs.
• Setting dates for general cleaning.

GENERAL MANAGER
• Helps and assists the general partners in overseeing the overall functions of the business.
• Monitors daily company operations.
• Ensures the overall delivery and quality of the company’s products to customers.
• Communicate strategies and results to department employees.
• Report key results to the general partners.

2.1 The Business
3D Printing Services will be a digital printing startup located in the Cebu City, Sanciangko St.

2.2 Management
The success of a startup heavily depends on its staff and management that’s why it planned
it before starting a print shop. The main management of the company will comprise sales
executives, graphic artists, technicians, and customer representatives.

2.3 Customers
Our target market is the corporate sector located in Sanciangko St. We will provide all sorts
of digital printing services and our high-quality services will outperform our competition.

2.4 Business Target


Our target is to balance the initial cost of the startup with earned profits by the end of the
first year and to achieve the net profit margin of $10k per month by the end of the first year.
