First of all the writer gives praise and thanks to Allah SWT for blessing the writer in
complating this report.

Report is a written assingment which must be done by the students of vacational high
school as the complation for the final project work.

In this occasion the writer would like to give appreciation and thanks to:

1. Mrs. Dra. Ties Setyaningsih.M.pd..M.M., the school principal, who has given permission
to the writer to do the final project work.

 INTRODUCTION
INTRODUCTION

A. BACKGROUND
Considering that technological advances are continuously developing, there is a fairly
large gap with what vocational students will face in the company field, this has been fully
realized by the government, so through the Ministry of Education and Culture of
Vocational High Schools, they are required to carry out field work practices.

(PKL)in a company or government agency as one of the requirements to be able to take

the national exam (UN) in the school year2022/2023.

The overall dual system education goals include:

1. Giving conclusions to students to require themselves in the

Vatmosphere of the actual work environment.

2. Broaden students' views on various types of work related to their fields.

3.Improve the skills that shape students with the chosen study program.

4. Provide opportunities to enter graduate placements and encourage students to have

an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to advance.

5. Introducing students' abilities, in order to provide employment facilities at the

company
B. PURPOSE

C. TIME AND DATE of THE REASERCH

The implementation of field work practices (PKL) starts from March 14 to June 14 2022.In
a work week of six days from 08:00 to 16:00.
 DISCUSSION

A. OUTLINE
PT. JOGLOSEMAR MEDIA TECHNOLOGY are a company engaged in security systems based on
Information Technology, We provide security products and security solutions such as CCTV
cameras, security alarm systems, SIP Network Paging, Voip, Access Door Systems and others.

B. SUPPORTING MATERIAL
Sales and service in PT. JOGLOSEMAR MEDIA TECHNOLOGY that is:

✓CCTV Camera

Closed-circuit television (CCTV), also known as video surveillance, is the use of video cameras to
transmit a signal to a specific place, on a limited set of monitors. It differs from broadcast
television in that the signal is not openly transmitted, though it may employ point-to-point (P2P),
point-to-multipoint (P2MP), or mesh wired or wireless links. In industrial plants, CCTV equipment
may be used to observe parts of a process from a central control room, especially if the
environments observed are dangerous or inaccessible to humans

✓ACCESS DOOR SYSTEM

Digital security systems that ensure authorized access to your building. They ensure only
authorized personnel are entering your building while keeping unauthorized personnel out.

✓INSTALLATION

Installation of the device by a technician at a company's home or building which is carried out by
observing the part or place where the device will be installed to suit the customer's wishes

✓REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT

Device repairs carried out by technicians by replacing components in the device. Device
replacement due to damage within the warranty period without additional costs
C. Procedure
CCTV installation process:

1. Determine the place of installation by the buyer andtechnician

2. Cable withdrawal from the server to each place

3. CCTV installation by connecting with a cable connected to the server

4. Monitoring carried out in the server room so that CCTV devices get proper vision, with
a technician who directly adjusts the direction of the CCTV device at the installation site

D. Supporting Factory and Obstacles

Theree are several supporting factors that helped me during the internship activities
including:

a. Nice and friendly employees

The employees are kind and friendly so it doesn't take much time to adapt to the work
environment.

b. Adequate facilities

Adequate facilities can help me so we can do the task also encountered

variousobstacles. I also encountered various obstacles.

These obstacles includes:

a. Lack of experience. We are not very experienced so the work I do is disjointed at times.

b. Skills and creativity of students are still lacking. My skills

and creativity are lacking because haven't entered theworkforce yet.

c. Lack of control over the device. There are some office equipment that I'm not good at
yet, so I have to spend some time practicing them first.

e. Bad weather. Bad weather such as rain may prevent installation of the device on site.
 FINDINGS

B. Advantage

1. Can recognize all industrial work in the field so that after finishing vocational high school
(SMK) and entering the field of industrial work, he can see a job that is familiar to him.

2. Can add valuable insight and knowledge and obtain input and good feedback in order to
improve and develop the suitability of education and reality in the field of work.

3. Can add valuable insight and knowledge and get input and good feedback in order to
improve and develop the suitability of equipment and the reality that exists in the field of
work to school and vice versa.

4. The occurrence of mutually beneficial relationships between schools and DU/DI so that
learning and training programs can run well.
 CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION

A. Conclusion

After I carried out street vendors at the PT, I got benefits. Including knowledge,
experience, and other things related to the world of work. This can make my knowledge
increase compared to before. By doing this hands-on practice, I can easily find out what
abilities I get from school. That way, one day when I enter the world of work, of course, I
will no longer hesitate to do it. The reason, already has enough experience.

B. Recommendation

Based on the results when conducting street vendors activities, give a few suggestions so
that the participants prepare themselves further. This can be done by mastering lessons
applied in industry. That way, field work practice in a company will be easier. Not only
that, I also want to give advice, especially to companies that have accepted us to be able
to carry out PKL (Field Work Practice) activities smoothly and well. I suggest no longer
need to hesitate to every child of street vendors who practice in the company.

I also have hope for the company to be able to give assignments by providing guidance to
each student first. Especially before the task is carried out. This is done so that later every
child who does street vendors can get much better results.
