    then called me later and said she wanted to add something to the report. said when security
    tackled her, she “pissed herself.” said that was all she wanted added.

    CONTACT SGT. NORMANDIN:

    I spoke with Sgt. Normandin who is working at electric forest. Sgt. Normandin said he contacted Lt. Robinson
    who contacted electric forest security. Sgt. Normandin told me was involved in a psychological incident.
    He said was high on something and not acting right. He said broke out all the windows to her
    car. She then called her sister, cut her wristband off, and left the venue.

    INJURIES AND HOSPITALS:

    had a minor scratch on the right side of her face. She was also complaining her shoulder hurt.
    also had a few scratches and bruises on her legs which she claimed were from when she was dragged out
    from the venue.

    INTERVIEW

    was lying in bed 24 in the emergency room at Mercy Hospital in Muskegon. advised she went to
    the Electric Forest music festival in Rothbury, Michigan on 06/23/22 and was staying in a group camping site in
    Unit C32.2. attended live music performances during the day and at approximately 0000 hours on
    06/24/22 went to an “after-party” back at her camp site. at this point in time took one “bump” of
    cocaine and one “bump” of ketamine as well as alcohol throughout the night.

    Between the hours of 0400-0630 hours on 06/24/2022 stated she felt “off” and “blacked out”. She states
    that she regularly attends music festivals and she never has issues of blacking out. When woke up she
    was in the back of an unknown man’s car and felt “off”. The man is described by as being a white male
    in his late 30’s and having blue eyes and light colored hair, possibly blonde but she was not certain.
    was able to provide a video of the suspect’s vehicle which was a gold color Audi with a Michigan license plate
    EJV 6383.

    While in the vehicle she was being driven around roads outside of the Electric Forest festival grounds.
    did not know who the driver was or why she was in his vehicle without anyone else inside. asked the
    driver “what did you give me?” The driver responded “I gave you what you wanted. I gave you GHB”.
    advised troopers she never asked for GHB because she was afraid of the drug as it caused a friend of
    to overdose during a different incident. The driver then asked “Are you on or near your period?” and
    responded, “I don’t know. Why?” The driver stated to “Because you were bleeding a little bit”. This
    statement confused because she did not consent to have sex with this person and was unaware on
    how he would have gotten this information. stated to the driver “What, so you can’t have sex with a
    woman without drugging them?” to which he responded “Basically, no”. Upon inquiry advised that she
    felt like she had sex and was a little sore in her genital area although she had no recollection of a sexual
    encounter with the suspect.

    Following these events the driver dropped back off on the festival grounds before leaving in his vehicle.
    then sought help from the medical tent for help.
