shabuoth
( a plural Hebrew word, meaning `weeks. Shabua means `week. )
This annual feast day commemorates the giving of the Covenant (Torah) at Sinai. For many centuries, Christians have referred to it as Pentecost, which is Greek, and means count 50. Pentecostals should be very interested in this feast day of Israel and Yahuah ~ its just a little sad they use a Greek word to describe themselves. Once each year, this anniversary celebration occurs that most people dont know much about. Its a wedding anniversary of a marriage between Yahuah and Israel which occurred at this time of year at a mountain called Sinai (or Horeb), 50 days after being delivered from slavery in Egypt. In fact, this day is a High Sabbath, one of seven High Sabbaths, that have traditionally been ignored by Constantines hybrid religion, Christianity. Theyve been told theyre the bride of Christ, yet dont actually remember the marriage; they have a Passover Lamb, but no Passover; and so it goes, on and on. Few even know the NAME of their Bridegroom, Yahusha, and so they remain unwise virgins, having no oil (His Name is as oil poured forth). When they knock to enter the marriage feast, He claims to not know them. Like Passover was turned into a Sun-day morning last supper every week, so Shabuoth has become a memorial to speaking in tongues, rather than about the renewal of the Covenant between Yahuah and Israel. You can begin your personal study of this feast at Lev. 23, and see how the new grain offering to Yahuah relates to how Israel becomes united to Yahuah through this renewal of the marriage Covenant. Yahuahs redemption plan for Israel has seven parts to it; not the seven sacraments, but the seven High Sabbaths! When you carefully read the text at Lev. 23, youll see that this observance is to occur on the morrow after the seventh Sabbath, so it will always be on the first day of the week. The Yahudim today observe it differently because they count 50 days from a different beginning point; they use the movable High Sabbath during Unleavened Bread instead of the weekly Sabbath. But, they dont know what the first fruits is all about yet - its about Yahusha, our Bridegroom! Acts 2 clearly shows us that this festival is not a Christian one at all, but rather ALL ISRAEL was gathered together as one man before Yahuah. COMMITMENT is the defining aspect of any marriage, and our promise to obey Yahuah occurs at our immersion into the Name of Yahusha. We become ISRAEL, joined in a permanent relationship with the Maker of heaven and Earth through the Covenant. The Mediator of this Covenant is Yahusha, Yahuah in human form, now the Bridegroom of ISRAEL (not Christianity). Christians dont understand what Shabuoth really is, nor does most of ISRAEL; but through the workers sent forth into the harvest they are learning. Commitment to the Covenant means commitment to the marriage. NOT a BIrTHdaY ! ! ! Often, we hear that Pentecost as recorded in Acts 2 is the birthday of the Church. This is because they realize something very important happened, but their Hebrew roots to what that is have never been connected properly. Its not a birthday, but

rather an anniversary. Its true that the Spirit of Yahusha was first given to the 120 Natsarim gathered together for this annual feast day at Yerushaliyim. A renewal of the marriage Covenant came to the early Natsarim with power because Yahusha took up His dwelling-place in His people for the first time, and circumcised our hearts with a LOVE for the marriage, the Covenant. This was the first fulfillment of the prophecy of the NEW Covenant, given at Jer./ YermeYahu 31, quoted at Hebrews chapters 8 & 10. Our Creator literally inscribes His Torah on our hearts! What a wedding gift He has given to His bride, Israel! We love to obey Him when we have entered the Covenant through immersion into His Name. We take our Husbands Name upon us at our immersion, and become ONE with Him when He enters into us. We become His TEMPLE, living stones that together make up this dwelling-place. These were the first fruits of many to come; they are the early harvest. We Natsarim work the fields so that the great harvest will be overflowing. Acts 2 informs us that 3000 were immersed into the Covenant, renewing their vows to obey the Covenant with their Husband, and called on Him: YAHUSHA! The Bridegroom says, Love Me, and keep My Commandments! We say, All that you command, we will do and obey! (We means ISRAEL) What do we obey? The TORAH of YAHUAH - that is our way, where we walk.

2011 MOON ?

Our first concern is the goal, and that goal is love, not astronomical analysis. pSa 81:3-4: Blow the rams horn at the time of the New Moon, At the Full Moon, on our festival day. For this is a law for Yisrael, And a right-ruling of the Elohim of Yaaqob. When you analyze what everyone is doing independently, and then take into account the

Scripture we have above, things will begin to make sense. Lets see where the Full Moon is when the dust clears. This year there is quite a bit of confusion over the new moon. The arrival or beginning of the dark moon comes very late on the 3rd day of the month april. Think of a standard bellcurve rising above a line, and the beginning of that rise occurs late on the 3rd, just over 3 hours before sunset, UT (Universal Time, same as greenwich Mean Time). UT (or gMT) is the solar mean, but that mean (average, center of a bell-curve) is not lunar. The Moon moves into position and remains dark for about 2 full days (Earth days of course). There is a span of time that passes while the Moon is between the Earth and the Sun. The balance between the New Moon and the Full Moon is taken into account when the calendar for each year is laid out by the Orthodox rabbis. If we each follow a different schedule, and do what seems right in our own eyes, those who believe they have discovered a flaw will observe differently, and a root of bitterness will be allowed to take root. If someone claimed they saw the crescent moon at the time reported, the facts show this to be impossible. The moon remains completely dark over a span of about 2 days, as it also remains full for about 2 days. Notice the beginning of the Full Moon arrives at 2:44 aM just 2 hours and 44 minutes into april 18th. My point is, if one begins the Moon one or two days sooner, they will be observing the first day of Matsah (the 15th) BEFOrE the Full Moon - and we know we are blow the shofar in the New Moon, and in the Full Moon, the day of our feast. . . . . brother Lew

shabuoth (rest day)

It looks like the first moon of the year is to begin at sunset on the 4th of "April" - and then the first annual Sabbath begins at sunset on the 18th, and we observe this as a rest day until sunset on the 19th. The 7th day of Matsah begins at sunset the 24th. This year there are some who are confused because the new moon appears to be arriving on the 3rd of "April", but the majority of the time it is dark falls on the 4th. In all these matters I stand with the "older brother", except for their first-fruits calculation in their count to Shabuoth. We need to keep "feeding the household" with food, even if many of them may reject what we show them. Mostly, the conflicts are because few understand the operation of the Earth/Moon system, and how to tell what time it is relative to the sun, a third body. They are looking for the moon when it is impossible to see, and so fail to begin a zero, allowing the light to build-up until the first day is fully built on it. When we see the moon sliver, it is the beginning of the second day of the moon.

A quick question......when you mentioned the high priest sprinkling one side of the ark with the lambs blood as a future picture of what Yahusha would do, did Yahusha fulfill this when (as some theories go) His blood ran down into the ground and (because of the earthquakes) dripped into where the ark was buried years before (forget how!) sprinkling onto the other side of the Ark (wasn't the torture stake site supposed to be the same site as Abrahams 'sacrifice'). The above youtube presentation, if a person has some background in the workings of the solar system, should be easily understood to be a serious matter, IF FACTUAL. If factual, then anyone dwelling near a coastal area, on an island, near a fault line or volcano, or below several hundred feet above sea level, it is possible their existence may be threatened by this approaching body. Again, this is only if what is being presented is factual. I have not confirmed the existence of the object, but Im aware that things have occurred on this planet recently that some blame HAARP for causing. That also may, or may not, be factual. We are called to be Watchmen (Natsarim), so we must be alert and report what we are made aware of, not make assessments. Concerning this or any other object drifting about in the proximity of our sun, it would seem that what matters most would be at least these two things: 1. What is the approximate mass of the object? 2. How near will the object come to our planet? If NASA knows the speed and path this object will take, then they have approximated the mass. When (and if ) the object gets anywhere near our proximity, it may cause problems even before it aligns with the sun. Were floating on a very thin layer of crust relative to the whole Earth, which is mostly molten lava. If we assume the data is factual, and we store provisions for a serious situation that may develop, we are not in any sort of trouble with Yahuah at all. If little or nothing occurs, then that would give us more time to get His work accomplished. He has to return at some point, and He told us to watch and pray; and this next development is very close to this coming Yom Teruah. MattithYahu chapter 24 describes certain severe events that have never yet been seen on this planet, but will occur someday. When they do, we know His wrath is not directed at us. He will provide us with protection and abilities to lead others to His deliverance.

What stands out is the fact that the next alignment of this object will occur a day or two from Yom Teruah, the day of the shout. The text above describes a day of rams horn and alarm, which we know will be heard on a future Yom Teruah, the first day of the 7th moon. May Yahusha show lovingkindness to His bride Yisrael, and may His Natsarim be productive workers during the time of the great distress when it comes. ANOTHER ARK QUESTION

Shalom Lew and Phyllis: This is in the lastest newsletter: `Later, He would sprinkle the other side with His own blood. Where can I find this in Scripture?
The Set-apart Place, the Ark, Mercy Seat, Altar, and even the High Priest were figures (shadows, forms) of the true heavenly ones. The objects used by the priesthood were all made with human hands. Our perfect High Priest, Yahusha, offered His blood as an eternal atonement, but His blood was not ceremonially sprinkled on any object made with hands but we know His physical blood was spilled on the ground and is now in every raindrop. We dont have a clear picture from Scripture how Yahusha actually performed the offering of His own blood, but it is my belief that His blood became a Spiritual balm to our own hearts, and we have been smeared and sprinkled by this most precious offering. It is as if we represent the container of the precious Covenant placed in our hearts, now cleansed by His blood, and made alive by His life, which is in His blood. This is the text from the newsletter: Without the shedding of blood, there is no covering for sin. The life is in the blood. The blood of clean animals was provided as a covering for sin on the altar. One side of the Arks mercy seat was sprinkled as a future picture of our Passover Lambs offering of His life. ANOTHER MOON QUESTION

Dear brother, despite sighting the new moon and not the crescent, some believers are celebrating the passover on Fri night, while you have worked it out to be Sun night. What up with that?
New Moon day was 4-5-2011, when the dark moon was at the center of its mean. The Full Moon is to be the day of our festival. The 15th (full moon) doesnt arrive for our part of the planet until sunset at the end of the second day of next week, which is the Roman date of 4-18-2011. We will observe the remembrance of Yahushas death as the sun begins to set on 4-17-2011, which is the beginning of the 14th day of the moon, just as He did when He gathered with His talmidim on the 14th. He said when we do this, to do it in remembrance of Him, and it was a painful day - the 14th when the sins of the whole world were laid upon Him for atonement. At the beginning of the 15th, the following evening, we will gather as a family in our dwelling to remember the day Yisrael was delivered from their captors, and left in haste that same day. We will never be able to convince others to observe differently than they understand, and we need to know they are not in rebellion; they are in captivity, as we are also. If what we understand is incorrect, we are forgiven as we also forgive others. If we stand in judgment of others, it is then we are in greatest jeopardy - we are all His servants, and must love all those He has suffered to redeem. LUK 18:15-17: And they also brought infants to Him to touch them, but His taught ones seeing it, rebuked them. But Yahusha called them to Him and said, Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them, for of such is the reign of Elohim. This is similar to the use of the word behemoth which also has a plural ending. It is only one animal being described, yet its size and power is conveyed by the use of the plurality. Tammuz. The CRUX is the abomination, not the seal of daud. The diversion tactics of the adversary are truly amazing, but as over-comers we must also remember that love and peace must be our focus. The deceived dont know they are doubly deceived, so we must stay close to them to help them see that things like this do not serve the objective of love, but rather hate. Even the CRUX, which is definitely an abomination, must not be exposed so as to divide anyone. If we had only stayed in the Truth, none of these controversies would be there at all. Yahusha draws men into a relationship, but the adversary divides us using religion. We cant play that game. Lets strive to not be simple, and avoid striving with one another. Men invented both the CRUX and the SEAL, so they can both be ignored and forgotten. Lets stop using both of these symbols, and adopt the one that Yahuah designed, the MENORAH. It symbolizes His Torah, and neither of the other two promote the fruits of the Spirit as the Torah does.

I have authority to lay it down, and I have authority to receive it again. This command I have received from My Father. Knowing this, we can stop laying the blame on others.
When we see the seal of daud, it is merely the name of a king of Yisrael, daud; it is not a symbol of evil, nor religious. It is made up of two triangles (the letter dALETH in Hebrew is the triangle). If we fall for the deception, we help promote anti-Semitic sentiments that propagate hatred based on its association with the tribe of Yahudah, but most who do this are not aware of any harm by doing so. They truly believe they are helping others dodge what is perceived to be an abomination in the eyes of Yahuah. All the while, they are not consciously aware of that the CRUX symbol is the sign of the anti-Mashiach,

Q: In the book of 2 Kings the Kingdom of Judea is at war with the Kingdom of Israel. Evidently they are two separate entities. My understanding is that members of the tribe of Judea get their nickname(?) Jew from Judea. Becuse the tribe of Benjamin lived in that kingdom, they were also called Jews. So, my deduction is that all Jews are Israelites, but not all Israelites are Jews. A few years ago an Israelie High School basketball team was playing in the Cincinnati area. I asked one of the players about the division. He said it was mended about 2,000 years ago, and they are now all Jews. What about this?

In my first reading of this message it sounded strictly observational, but I just read through it again to be sure, and it does seem as though you desired some comment... youre right: ...all Jews are Israelites, but not all Israelites are Jews. The Northern Kingdom (10 (of the twelve) tribes) were divorced by Yahuah El Shaddai for idolatry (see the book of YirmeYAHU (Jeremiah)). Known as the House of Yisrael, they were then sent into the diaspora (dispersion). If someone who is interested in the inner workings of Abba Yahuahs plan to redeem His creation (via. Yahushas sacrifice and resurrection) were to come into contact with even a basic Two House Restoration teaching, they would finally become well aware of the message that runs as a common thread throughout all scripture. This is what ties scripture together. We are these people. Through this diaspora it is likely that the blood of Abraham was spread in to every man, woman, and child alive today (and by extension - The Covenant (for those who wish to take part). ANSWER: First, look in any concordance for the word week (Hebrew, SHABUA, #7620). This word is based on the word SHEBA, 7. The word Sabbaton is used 58 times in the Messianic writings, or Brit Chadasha, and translated as the 7th day of the week, or weekly Sabbath day. But, in 9 other cases, it is translated as week, referring to the cycle or period of 7 days we are familiar with. Further, at Lev. 23:15,16 the weekly Sabbaths are used to count off 7 Sabbaths. It tells us to count 7 completed Sabbaths, up until the morrow after the seventh Sabbath, you count 50 days. do the math. This is another example, and even numbers the total elapsed days involved, so we know that Shabuoth falls on the 1st day of the week each year. As Brian Allen recently pointed out, if the weekly Sabbath were governed by the moon, youd run into trouble reconciling the 7 Sabbaths within this 50 days, because youd have 2 new moons falling within this period. The way they (Lunar Sabbathers) figure it,

The 50th day, called Pentecost (Greek, count fifty), is our (Israels) Wedding Anniversary, commemorating the giving of the Torah at

Sinai, and should be the day after the 7th Sabbath. Instead of taking 49 days to get there, they reach 7 Sabbaths in only 37 days. Shabuoth (weeks) is the plural of Shabua (week), and is a High Sabbath, and follows the weekly 7th-day Sabbath. In another place, Sabbatical years are explained (7 cycles of 7 years each, sheba shabbathot

shanah, seven Sabbaths of yearsseven times seven years, Lev. 25:8), so that we can determine when the year of Jubilee arrives, the 50th year of the cycle. Remember, SHABUA means week, and SHABUOTH means weeks. A Shabua would represent a complete week of seven days, from day 1 through Shabbath, the seventh day. After that, we have the first day of the week starting over again, as most of us can wrap our minds around that concept. The week of 7 days cannot be altered by mankind. The seven lampstands on the menorah remain an eternal sign of Yahuahs Torah, and the seven days of the week remain an eternal sign of Yahuahs act of creation. The 7-day repeating pattern seems to be found within each moon for the lunar Sabbathers, yet they want to reject the 7-day repeating pattern all the cultures of the Earth observe. You cant reject a 7-day repeating pattern, then use one based on the moon. If we wait long enough, someone will come along with a pattern based on the Tequfah, the cycle of the year. Also, when someone falls for this kind of thing, its all they can talk about - and theyre so bitter and take everything so personally. The bitterness is caused by the fact that a lie is being propagated. Yahuahs week is His fingerprint as Creator; lets not try to erase His fingerprint. He wont let us do that.

What I have learned over the years is that the Natsarim are a nasty bunch, but we have to love them in spite of it all. The fruit of any tree you look at identifies the kind of tree it is. When you see me casting out bitterness and scorn toward anyone, then my root is not connected to the One that died for us all. He has overcome the world, and those who follow Him have overcome the world because they are begotten of Him. We are to love our enemies, and pray for those who persecute us. Many of us working in the harvest have no persecution, but some of us are being beaten by other workers as we stay the course, doing the work specifically given to us. We keep our eye on the goal, and pursue love while finding the lost in the holes of the rocks where they are dug in. Whatever you may have heard about me from others, look at the reality of what you know me to be rather than the shadowy picture being intentionally painted by those who are filled with hate-filled words and bitterness. Look at the fruit of the tree, and judge it to be what it is. If you ever hear of me attacking a fellow brother or sister, accusing them of whatever, then know that Ive crossed the line and left the main path. When a Pharisee points his boney finger at you, telling you how evil you are compared to himself, youll know exactly how these things make some of us feel. Yahusha made this point clear in the parable: LUK 18:9-14: And He also spoke this parable to some who relied on themselves that they were righteous, and looking down on others: Two men went up to the Setapart Place to pray the one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. The Pharisee stood and began to pray with himself this way, Elohim, I thank You that I am not like the rest of men, swindlers, unrighteous, adulterers, or even as this tax collector. I fast twice a week, I give tithes of all that I possess. But the tax collector standing at a distance would not even raise his eyes to the heaven, but was beating his breast, saying, Elohim, show favor unto me, a sinner! I say to you, this man went down to his house declared right, rather than the other. For everyone who is exalting himself shall be humbled, and he who is humbling himself shall be exalted. The following is an account of her in her grandmother, sister Jennys, hand (for her remembrance): that Yahuah comfort the body as well as her family in sister Laurens passing. Comfort them in this time of loss and we ask that You would give these Your chidren mercy and grace as they recover from this loss. May Your Name be Praised and Glorified and much fruit for Your Kingdom be produced, watered by their tears and the sunshine of their smiles to others in Your Name. Hello brother colin, attached is a photo taken of Lauren last year at her 21st. She was doing her 4th year at Varsity for chartered accounting. She was our eldest grandchild and always listened to Trevor when hes discussed Elohim, had many questions and was busy reading one of Lew Whites books. She loved her family (widespread) and loved children, had a serious relationship of 3 years with Marc (her boyfriend) but was in no hurry to marry as she said her studies had to come first. She is much loved by all and is going to be missed by one and all. We are grieving but also happy that she is no longer suffering, it all happened so fast, 8 weeks of illness, 6 of them in hospital, Prof. Pillay told us that she had a very aggressive cancer which was in her bowel, colon and abdomen, but it was her lungs which collapsed and caused her to pass away so very quickly. She might have left us but nothing can take away all our memories of this very special child. regards
