Task-1

There are many benefit of using systems analysis for developing and designing. Firstly, previous
system information would be required the analysis and then Previous system information would
be analyst the analysis. However, the classic way of investigating the information of system
going to ask the customers or end-user who use it usually such as the business employee,
interviews, meeting , or discus, presentation, survey. The analysis need information because it
determine how the require present in current system of a business or other operations. It would
need to ask what the end-user and customer need from the system and the analyst receives the
suggestion from the customer. Exactly to identify, it’s collecting and interpreting facts,
identifying the issues.
In the end, It would make a plan out the system using customer requirement.
Task2
System development life Cycle (SDLC) is a process and design that used software and hardware
industry to develop and test software and system. It points to produce a best software and that
meets end-user expectations and reach goal during target time and target budget.
All of follow stage is a general stage in SDLC.
Systems analysis and requirement analysis
This stage is the very important and basic stage in system development life cycle(SDLC).
Senior member or developer have to collect and survey the requirements of the end-users or
customers and determine the needs of end-users to ensure the new system can meet with their
expectation.
Planning
analyzed information are used for draw a plan. Planning can find the problem in system and give
a answer. This stage should be think cost, time, advantage.
Systems design
This stage write down the conformable specifications, features for new system.
Development
System development stage is the end of the initial process and this stage will begin to build a
new system. This stage have to be named the start of production.
Testing
This stage involves system testing and systems connection. After development, testing and
checking would be implemented if how many mistake and error happened in system.
Maintenance
This stage would make to boost performance, add new ability and features or meet aend-user
requirements.
SDLC(System development life cycle) have a much model and madalogy. Such as water fall model,
spiral model, agile development, V-Shaped model, (EPM) evolutionary prototyping model. I would like
to explain a agile development.
Most organizations that produce software would like to say they are practicing agile development. You
need to striving to follow the agile manifesto. Agile manifesto is a collection or set of 4 value and 12
principle. There are all kind of procedure and methodologies people use to try to follow the Agile
principles. Agile isn’t methodologies. You must follow the values and principles first. Agile
development is an framework to make best quality software. Agile development have term and
condition for framework. Other way, you have to comply his term and condition in each stage. Agile
development is work to collaboration. It development can iterate and increase the operation if you need. It
would direct working together with customer. It would welcome changing requirements even late
development. It can work to finish or test during the shorter time.

Task 3
A Structured System Analyses and Design Method (SSADM) would reduce the risk or issue of
projects running over budget and time The risk or issue of system running over the target budget
and resource such as time, labor would be reduced a structured system analyses and design
method. SSADM would stop working over budget and going over time. SSADM design make
sure which the system meets the requirement and time. SSADM also helps make sure that there
is no going over budget or running over time because in the logical design stage of the SSADM
the program should be designed to make sure that the program meets the time frame set and
meets the budget.

Task-4

Development life cycle have two main models. It is waterfall model and spiral model that we use today in the
industry. Different situations and different conditional can be used the both models.

Waterfall model is basic of all development models. It is very condense model that has step by step stages. If a
stage is completed you have to go to next stage but before you go to next stage you must verify the stage have
to be sufficient because if you reach next stage without complete in previous stage, you can’t change to back
ward stage. Waterfall model is proper for small project.

This model isn’t proper for projects that have a opportunity of adjusting the program.

This model should not be used long project.

There are different between waterfall model and the spiral model if we compare but they have same part.
The spiral model has analysis, risk, analysis, evaluation and engineering. Like a waterfall model spiral
model has step by step stage. If a stage is completed and finished, you would go to next stage but before you
would go to next stage you have to verify the stage that have to be sufficient because if you reach next stage
without complete in previous stage, you can go and change to back ward stage. So you can return the back
ward stage multiple time.
The spiral model should be used a big project but it find out any risk early. It’s likely be expensive than
using the waterfall model in the systecm.
