Purpose
The purpose of this document is to inform VT iDirect® customers of the End of Life (EoL) and
End of Support (EoS: End of Life + 3 years) dates for iDirect software and hardware products.
NOTE: The listings in this document are accurate after January 2011. Products with EoL dates
prior to January 2011 are for historical purposes, and may not be exhaustive.

Intended Audience
The End of Life document is intended for anyone who is planning on reviewing software and
hardware requirements or future planning with iDirect software and hardware products.

End of Life Cycle Description

For a period of three years following the End of Life Date, VT iDirect shall: (a) continue to
offer Technical Support (but not software upgrades, patches, or hot fixes) with respect to
such End of Life Product for the version of the Software that was current at the time of
discontinuance at a reduced rate; and (b) use commercially reasonable efforts to continue to
carry an inventory of new, used or refurbished spare parts for such Product, available at VT
iDirect’s then-current prices.

The VT iDirect Technical Assistance Center (TAC) is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
