    SCHEDULED CLIENT

    NAZ: A 20-year-old boy named Jhon Del Rosario is a working hard boy because he’s parents
    died when he is young so that is why he need to work hard for his future.

    NAZ: One day his works come to an end, and he felt all the pain throughout his body.

    JHON: My body is in pain, o-ouch my back really hurts, I really need a massage.

    JHON: I know who I’m going to see, I’m going to see Naz and maybe he knows a
    recommendation.

    NAZ: Then he plans to meet Naz tomorrow, after he decided it, he went to sleep early because he
    is also excited to see his friend.

    JHON: Hey bro!

    NAZ: Hi bro, it’s been so long.

    JHON: Ouch!

    NAZ: Oh, what happened to you?

    JHON: It’s just, it’s been a hell week and also I’ve been working hard lately.

    NAZ: Good thing I have a recommendation, you should try this spa, it’s the Ayur-Veda Spa and
    this is their business number 142-026-7126, I heard their therapists are good.
    JHON: Thank you bro.

    NAZ: After Jhon met Naz he called the number immediately so that he can book early.

    NICOLE: Good Morning! I am the manager of Ayur-Veda Spa, Nicole Ramos, how can we help
    you?

    JHON: Good Morning too ma’am, I would like to book a session and I would like to know when
    the available date is.

    NICOLE: This week our scheduled days are Monday, Thursday, and Saturday, so maybe this
    Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday are the available dates.

    JHON: I would like to go there this Tuesday at around 2 pm.

    NICOLE: Copy Sir, we're going to make an appointment but before we make an appointment,
    may I ask your name sir? And is this your phone number? So that we can save it and we can
    update you for more important information.

    JHON: My name is Jhon Del Rosario, and yes this is my phone number.

    NICOLE: Okay Sir, thank you for calling us and trusting us

    NAZ: So Jhon had arrive at the front of Ayur-Veda Spa and the assistant welcomed him with a
    pleasant tone and a smile on her face.

    ONEZ: Hello Sir, Welcome to Ayur-Veda Spa, perhaps are you Mr. Del Rosario sir?

    JHON: Yes.

    CHRISTINE: This way Sir


    ONEZ: Can you fill up this sir, so that we could know your personal information, and your past
    medical condition so that this massage is suitable for your health.

    CHRISTINE: We also need to check first your vital information, blood pressure, and pulse

    CHRISTINE: So, we are done checking your blood pressure and pulse rate. As we can see it’s
    normal and you are suitable for this massage.

    CHRISTINE: We have a lot of services sir including foot massage, back massage, and full by
    massage we also have a manicure and pedicure services.
