    GLENN DAVID O. CONSEBIDO,
    Filipino, married and a resident of Brgy. 84Manlurip, San Jose, Tacloban City, Leyte, herein after referred as Permit
    Holder.and
    NAPOLEON P. CONSEBIDO,
    Filipino, married and a resident of Brgy. 84 Manlurip,San Jose, Tacloban City, Leyte, herein after referred as
    Contractor.
    WITNESSETH:
    Whereas,
    GLENN DAVID O. CONSEBIDO
    has an existing Industrial Sand andGravel Permit No.____________________ to extract and dispose sand and gravel
    and otherunconsolidated materials for industrial purposes in Brgy. Ilihan and San Jose East, Burauen,Leyte.Whereas,
    such permit is with ECC No. ________________ granted last ________________ by EMB.Whereas,
    NAPOLEON P. CONSEBIDO
    is willing to purchase the said sand andgravel and other unconsolidated materials for industrial purposes.Therefore,
    in consideration of the above premises and their mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, the parties herein agreed on
    the following:1. That Napoleon P. Consebido shall have the exclusive right to purchase the sand andgravel and other
    unconsolidated materials for Industrial process.2. That Napoleon P. Consebido will used said processed materials for
    his projects for as long asneeded; provided that he will pay P500.00 pesos net per truck load.3. That both parties will
    have joint efforts in ensuring continuous operation and comply withnecessary procedures to that end.4. This Supply
    Contract Agreement will be effective for five (5) years from the date of signing.5. This Supply Contract Agreement
    will be effective when signed by all parties.The parties and their Successor-In-Interest shall respect the subsistence of
