    and the RADIO MAINTENANCE DUIDELINES ( Lamongan, 08 Januari 2023
    Res.A702 17).
    SHORE BASED MAINTENANCE SERVICE AGREEMENT

    PT. BAROKAH GEMILANG PERKASA the owner of Vessel


    ROYAL KING ALI and CV. MAST MARINE agree as follows with regard to
    shore based maintenance of radio communications equipment installed on a
    vessel of ROYAL KING ALI

    ARTICLE 1. PURPOSE

    The purpose of the agreement is to establish terms and conditions of the shore based
    maintenance of the equipment installed on the Vessel entrusted by PT. BAROKAH
    GEMILANG PERKASA to CV. MAST MARINE with regard to the
    shore based maintenance provided for in 1998 Amendments to the 1974 SOLAS convention
    concerning radio communication for GMDSS the vessel and the equipment covered by this
    agreement are defined in article 2 here of.

    ARTICLE 2. EQUIPMENT AND VESSEL

    The vessel covered by this agreement is described below, the equipment covered by
    this agreement is described in attachment 1 attached here to and made a part here of :

    ARTICLE 3. MAINTENANCE SERVICE

    CV. MAST MARINE shall conduct repair and inspection of the equipment required by
    the relevant law as shore based maintenance service as per instruction of PT. BAROKAH
    GEMILANG PERKASA Such repair and inspection shall be conducted at an office of CV.
    MAST MARINE entered into agreement, or at any other place by an engineer of said company.

    ARTICLE 4. CHARGES AND EXPENSES FOR MAINTENANCE SERVICE

    4.1. All charges and expenses for the shore based maintenance service described in the article 3
    hereof including, but not limited to, traveling and lodging expenses, shall be invoiced to PT.
    BAROKAH GEMILANG PERKASA by CV. MAST MARINE.

    4.2. If CV. MAST MARINE conducts repair, adjustment and so forth of the equipment at the
    time of the shore based maintenance service described in the article 3 or at any other time, CV.
    MAST MARINE and PT. BAROKAH GEMILANG PERKASA shall discuss and agree upon
    charges for such repair, adjustment and so forth conducted by CV. MAST MARINE.

    4.3. PT. BAROKAH GEMILANG PERKASA shall bear customs clearance fee, insurance
    premium, transportation charges and so forth for parts necessary for repair
    4.4. Upon execution of this agreement, PT. BAROKAH GEMILANG PERKASA shall pay CV.
    MAST MARINE the annual fee. Thereafter, PT. BAROKAH GEMILANG PERKASA shall pay
    CV. MAST MARINE the annual fee every 1 (one) years upon extension of this agreement. The
    amount of annual fee be provided for in one million eighten hundred thousand rupiah only ( Rp.
    1.800.000,-).

    ARTICLE 5. MAINTENANCE SERVICE

    PT. BAROKAH GEMILANG PERKASA shall give CV. MAST MARINE any necessary
    assistance in carrying out the shore based maintenance described in the article 3 hereof.

    ARTICLE 6. DISCHARGE FROM LIABILITY

    CV. MAST MARINE shall conduct shore based maintenance service described in article 3
    hereof in good faith and as quickly as possible, provided, however, that CV. MAST MARINE shall
    not be liable for any losses or expenses PT. BAROKAH GEMILANG PERKASA in the operation
    of vessel arising from a delay in repair or any other conducts of CV. MAST MARINE required
    under this agreement.

    ARTICLE 7. TERM

    This agreement shall be valid for one (1) years from the date of this agreement and shall be
    automatically extended for further periods of one year unless either party here to give the other party a
    notice in writing of termination at last one month prior to the expiration of the original term or any
    extention thereof.

    IN WITNESS WHERE OF, the parties have caused this agreement in duplicate to be executed day of
    Januari 08, 2023
