B FIRE FIGHTING SERVICES
To Supply, install, test and commission the following services as per

tender drawings (please refer : IMS/1900xx/xxxx/SCH/M/FF/01 to -
04 AND IMS/1900xx/xxxx/LAY/M/FF/0X to -0X ) :-
B.1 FULLY ADDRESSABLE MAIN FIRE ALARM &

DETECTION SYSTEM.
1 New LOCALLY MANUFACTURED Fully Addressable Lot 1

Main Fire Alarm Panel capable of replacing the
function of existing unit c/w central controller ie CPU,
I/O, power supply module, buzzer module), keyboard
panel, facial LED display panel, heavy duty SLAMF
type rechargeble batteries c/w battery charger, over
voltage protector, earthing, integrated printer,
programming panel, mimic diagram, indication light
etc, all signal and control wiring connection from all
detectors, manual call points, alarm bells, other fire
protection related signal relays in GI
conduits/trunking, alarm bell, battery compartment,
intermittent alarm setting, supply wiring from
dedicated electrical supply in GI conduit and other
necessary accessories to complete the installation.
2 All Programming and System Calibration. Lot 1
3 Lightning surge protection system for signal and Lot 1

power supply of the Addressable system.
4 All Addressable Manual Breakglass ( call points) and L/S

alarm bell c/w wiring to Main fire alarm panel in G.I
conduit / Trunking.
5 All Addressable Smoke Detectors c/w wiring to Main L/S

fire alarm panel in G.I conduit / Trunking.
6 All Addressable Heat Detectors c/w wiring to Main L/S

fire alarm panel in G.I conduit / Trunking.

Generator Set Room ).
17 Sprinkler Jockey pump run/trip Lot 1
18 Wet Riser Jockey pump run/trip Lot 1
19 All AHUs run/trip c/w tripping signal for fire mode. L/S
20 All motorized fire dampers or shutters run/trip c/w L/S

tripping signal for fire mode.

B.3 FIREMAN INTERCOM SYSTEM.
1 New LOCALLY MANUFACTURED Master Fireman Lot 1

Intercom Panel capable of replacing the function of
existing unit c/w 5% spare handset zones, indication,
master handset, system status, electrical supply from
dedicated power supply socket outlet concealed in GI
conduit as per drawing and others necessary
accessories to complete the installation.
2 All Fireman Intercom Units at specified or existing L/S

locations as per drawing or existing units at site,
including Bomba Lift.
3 All supply and signal wiring works in G.I conduit from L/S
Master Fireman Intercom Panel unit at Main Control
Room to all Fireman intercom units as per drawing.

B.13 DISMANTLING WORKS
1 Dismantling and complete removal works for existing L/S

Main fire alarm panel and detection system including
all existing supply and signal wiring works, conduits
and trunking, detectors, break glass manual call points,
alarm bells and other related items necessary from
site, scrap items to be handed over to building owner,
as preparation for new installation works.
2 Dismantling and complete removal works for existing L/S

Main Fireman Intercom system including all existing
supply and signal wiring works, conduits and
trunking, fireman intercom units and other related
items necessary from site, scrap items to be handed
over to building owner, as preparation for new
installation works.

B.14 TESTING AND COMMISSIONING
1 Testing & Commissioning of the entire Fire Alarm, L/S

detection and fireman intercom system and all related
works to the satisfaction of the Consulting Engineers
and for the whole system installation.
B.15 SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
1 Twelve (12) months montly maintenance during L/S

defects liability period for the overall installation
INCLUDING consumables cost for the whole system
installation.
B.16 OTHER WORKS & ACCESSORIES
1 Any other works which are not mentioned above but

required to complete the work as per drawing and
specification. (Tenderer to list below):-
