PERCEPTION
Our perception of things are shaped by the culture in which we grow up.
Different individuals have different thinking styles, beliefs, feelings and motives
etc., and almost every person behaves accordingly.
In an organization, Perception often helps to shape an individual's personality
and how they act in stressful situations & perform their task. Simply because
peoples behavior is based not on reality, but on their perception of what
reality is.
