    SecuGen® USB Fingerprint Reader Installation important Step:

    1) Do not connect your Device first.

    2) Download SecuGen Finger Print Drivers from below ftp link.

    3) Application also need FDx SDK Pro for Windows v3.7 (Secugen Dll Registered in Windows
    system Directory)

    Note : Ftp Link will be available only from Monday to Friday till 6.30pm.

    Copy and Pest above link in your any browser it will asked username and
    password, put username and password as given above.
    After Log in to the above ftp link open “Secugen_Drivers” folder, then Hamster 20 folder
    and download following files.

    • How-to-install-HU20-driver(legacy).docx (Driver Installation Step with Screen Shot)

    • Hamster_Pro20_Driver_x86_X64_with_SGDX_Utility.rar ( Driver Installation Files )

    4) Extract Hamster_Pro20_Driver_x86_X64_with_SGDX_Utility.rar file.

    After Extracting Hamster_Pro20_Driver_x86_X64_with_SGDX_Utility.rar file you will get


    folder contain in it.

    a. x86 (32 Bit Driver Files)

    b. x64 (64 Bit Driver Files)

    c. SGDX.exe (Secugen Diagnostic Utility) to check your device working status.

    How to check your operating system Version like 32 bit or 64 bit.

    6) Now connect your Secugen Finger Print Device to your Desktop / Laptop

    a. Plug In your Device


    Double Click ON this option.
    b. Skip Automatic Driver Installation
    Process

    c. You will see following Message.

    d Now Click on Device Manager

    Note: Device Manager is common technical word in all Operating system. (Windows XP,
    Win7, Win8 and Win10.) and to open this Device manager go to start then RUN and
    type in “devmgmt.msc” in Command box.

    OR
    Click “Start-> type in “devmgmt.msc” in Command
    box.”

    e. The Manager shows H20 device as “SecuGen USB U20”.


    f. Right-click on the H20 device and select “Update Driver Software…”

    g A dialog box shows up and you choose “Browser my computer for driver software.”

    h. Locate HU20 device driver. You have to choose the driver for x86 or x64
    i. You should see the message, “… successfully updated your driver…”

    j. Now, you can see the right device driver for HU20.

    <Properties>
    k. Run Sgdx.exe (Secugen Diagnostic Utility)

    l. After clink on Init button, you will see "Device Initialisation Success" message on
    screen. Then put your finger on device and click on "Capture" Button.

    Your Finger print Scan Successfully, that means device and it's driver worked properly.
    Important Step for IGR Maharashtra.

    1. Download Latest FDx SDK Pro for Windows v3.7 (Secugen Dll Registered in Windows
    system Directory)

    Copy and Pest above link in another browser it will asked username and password,
    put username and password as given above.
    a. After downloading “Latest_FDx SDK Pro for Windows v3.7.rar”, extract
    this folder, open Latest_FDx SDK Pro for Windows v3.7 folder, you will
    see setup.exe file , right click on setup.exe file you will see “run as
    administrator” option click on it and start installation by clinking next-
    next…… (Imp Step)
    (This is Imp Software to register Secugen DLL. If You got Secugen.DLL
    Missing Error please reinstall this software using run as administrator
    option)
    b. Clink on next.

    c. Clink on Yes.
    d. Clink on next.

    e. Clink next.
    f. Clink on Finish.

    ** Important Online Actives Control Settings Check **

    Step1: Check Internet explorer version

    Open your Internet Explorer go to setting and click on About Internet


    Explorer which is shown on below screenshot. (See Red Round). It should be
    IE9.
    Step2: Open your Internet Explorer go to option ‘setting’ and click on Internet
    Option which is shown on screenshot below.(See Red Round)

    Step3: In ‘Internet Options’ window Click Security option and choose Trusted
    Sites. ‘Trusted site’ window will be displayed. Enter IP address or URL of
    the site and click on Add button . Click on Close button. Open the site in
    browser and click on Add button, Add this two sites

    Follow the bel ow Screen shot and select as per shown in the screen shot.
    Step4: Click Custom Level from Trusted Sites option Enable all .NET Framework
    Component. Follow the below screen shot and select option as shown in the screen
    shot .

    Step5: Further drag the scroll bar until .Net Framework-reliant Component option will
    come Follow the below screen shot and select option as per shown in the screen
    shot.
    Step6: Further drag the scroll bar until ActiveX controls and plug-ins option will come
    Follow the below screen shot and select option as per shown in the screen shot.

    Step7: Further drag the scroll bar until Binary and script behaviors option will come
    Follow the below screen shot and select option as per shown in the screen shot.
    Step8: Further drag the scroll bar until Initialize and script Activex controls not
    marked as safe for scripting option will come. Follow the below screen shot
    nd select option as per shown in the screen shot.

    Step 9: Further drag the scroll bar until Use Pop-up Blocker option will come. Follow
    the below screen shot and select option as per shown in the screen shot and click
    OK.
    • Also Add https://efilingigr.maharashtra.gov.in/ereg/ in Internet Explorer then go to
    Tools and then open Compatibility View Settings.

    • After completing all the settings Open the above

    • It Will ask to run the “Sgfplibx Activex Control Module” Click on arrow button and
    and select Run “Add-on on All Websites”

    • You need to click on “Add-on on All Websites” options Two Times.

    • Click On Open Device And then put your Finger on device and Click on Capture
    Button

    • If you successfully Scan the finger on this URL means Your Online Actives Control
    Settings checking process is completed.

    • Now you are ready to use https://efilingigr.maharashtra.gov.in
