BUSINESS INTEGRITY

COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course will provide student with knowledge and skills in business integrity in an organization
and what business integrity means to the employees and clients of a particular company.

Course Goals

 To be able to identify the process of business integrity in the company and society at large;

WHAT IS INTEGRITY?

It is the essence of one being honest, punctual, sincere, and willing to learn from mistakes and rise
from their current state. It also implies the moral and ethical principles that one adheres to in their
professional and personal life.

Overall, integrity is the foundation that helps individuals stay firm amidst everything that might
come in their path towards success.

Having integrity in business means operating your organization consistently in accordance with a
strong set of a morals, values and while following applicable ethical guidelines. Integrity can also be
defined as “the state of being whole and undivided”.
