 PREFACE

This report was recommended by the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha

University, the students of BA (JMC) were supposed to undergo internship for
Nine weeks, I Khushi Jaiswal, student of ‘Trinity Institute of innovations in
Professional Studies’ had taken Nine weeks training in ‘Vibratic Media Private
Company’. The purpose of doing internship was to experience the media industry.
I am grateful to the organization for this report presenting my work done by me.
This project is to formulate my future strategies for a more meaningful
intervention. A large number of people and organization have put in their efforts
and contributed to the successful completion of the report. I will like to
acknowledge their contribution individually; constraints of space restrict me from
that. However, I must place on record me profound gratitude to Shubham Jain,
founder of ‘Vibratic Media Private Company’. I will also like to thank him for
constant support and encouragement and offering valuable suggestions in this
endeavor. I will like to express my heartfelt gratitude for all the individuals who
were my partners in carrying out this evaluation study and without whose

 INTRODUCTION TO INTERNSHIP

I started my internship in ‘Vibratic Media Private Company’ from 17 th July,

2022 which lasted for Nine weeks. I was lucky to work under the banner.
‘Vibratic Media Private Company’ is essentially a online for News Media
company in April 2020. The company in particular acted as a platform for memes,
news and other viral content. Vibratic Media is an Internet Media company. I did
my internship under the supervision of Aditya kumar. My first day was full of
excitement and surprises, as it was my first experience to work in the organization
and to explore my knowledge. I was little bit hesitated and nervous because the
environment or work culture of the organization is very formal and it takes few
days to cope with it. Then after few days I settled down. I worked for Hindi
Content Writing. In Hindi Content Writing I have to write the current hindi news
for the website which is been published on the website by the company.
 ABOUT THE ORGANISATION

Vibratic Media Private Limited is a Private incorporated on 17 October 2020. It

is classified as Non-govt company and is registered at Registrar of Companies,
Kanpur. Its authorized share capital is Rs. 100,000 and its paid up capital is Rs.
100,000. It is inolved in Reproduction of recorded media [This class includes
reproduction of records, audio, video and computer tapes from master copies,
reproduction of floppy, hard or compact disks, reproduction of non-customised
software and film duplicating]

Vibratic Media Private Limited's Annual General Meeting (AGM) was last held
on 30 November 2021 and as per records from Ministry of Corporate Affairs
(MCA), its balance sheet was last filed on 31 March 2021.

Directors of Vibratic Media Private Limited are Raman Bhatia, Shubham Jain,
Aditya Kumar and Prateek Patel.
JOINING LETTER
 NATURE OF INTERNSHIP

The Nature of my internship in ‘‘Vibratic Media Private Company’’ was to

work for the ‘HINDI CONTENT WRITR’. The purpose of doing internship in
Vibratic media was to experience the Digital industry.
The following were the objectives of Nine-week internship programme in Print
Media-:
The Course of BA (JMC) requires an internship in web media which allows
its students to gain practical knowledge and exposure of the field of Media and
which is further finalized into a report.
This is to allow us to implement our theoretical knowledge into a practical
approach so as to widen our horizon of gaining first-hand experience.
To learn to work in a professional environment of a work place, working with
deadlines and coping with the work pressure.
To learn to develop writing skills and creative skills in order to match that of
the present industry.
The training helped us in gaining utmost experience in various aspects.
It helped me to understand the ways in which writing takes place in a Media
Organization.
It also proved beneficial in making huge contacts.
I started my work with writing news and then proof-reading re-editing and then
publishing it is a quite interesting work to do. Mr. Aditya Kumar (sub editor)
told me about the rules and guidelines of company gave me the introductory
briefing of the team. She gave me about 5 to 6 copies daily to write. In order to
write my story properly I was supposed to understand the angle by which the
story had to be written. I had to get my copy checked so that I was told about
my mistakes and do not repeat them. I learned about the Hindi writing,
grammar, framing of sentences presenting news for people amazingly.
My work there was set for 9 am to 5 pm in which I was told watch and learn
how work is done and in the office.
 RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLED DURING
INTERNSHIP

I joined the office as an intern on the 17th July 2022 in the ‘Hindi Content
Writing’ and was given some responsibilities and some tasks were also
assigned. My responsibilities were: -

TO REPORT TO THE MENTOR: - In my office a meeting used to be held

every day and I was supposed to report and attend it and discuss about the
current event and topics to be written and published today.

UNDERSTAND THE WORK ASSIGNED TO ME PROPERLY:-In order to

write my article properly I was supposed to understand the story and write it
accordingly.

MEET THE DEADLINE: - I had to meet the deadlines i.e. before 5 pm I

have to write edit and publish minimum 5 articles on website daily.

TO FIND MY MISTAKES: - I had to get my copy checked so that I was told

about my mistakes and do not repeat them.

MAINTAINING CONFIDENTIALITY: - Maintaining confidentiality

wherever it was required was an important issue.

RESEARCHING: - I was asked to continuously research on the topics related

to my tasks and the other topics or if anything new happened in the city.

Was there anything special that you learnt this week?
I understood the format of ‘Vibratic media’. I learnt the method to write articles,
do research and frame them accordingly.

I was assigned to write 2 breaking new, one breaking news article per day and
research four topics that week.

discussed at the evening 4-5pm.

I learnt to write news headlines, news articles, do research work.

 Experience Gained

Interning in the “Hindi Content Writing” gave me a very good experience. It not
only gave me a chance to deal with different stories but also gave me the chance
to write articles on the current issues. It was an exposure not only to the media
industry but also to the truth of life. It taught me more discipline, determination,
patience in difficult situations. It helped me learn the true meaning of hard work,
whatever your personal problems are, whatever your luxury needs are or from
whichever background you come from, you are needed to get the best report in
all kinds of seasons and the worst of situations. Creativity has to be poured-in in
every report. This work taught me the importance of team work. The coordination
and the cooperation were the most needed and important things. It not only boost-
up my self-confidence but also increased my power of tolerance. I learnt that
every work should be systematic and you should never discuss about a topic
which the readers already have an idea about. I also attended the feature desk for
some days and learnt the ways of –how to go about a feature article. This job also
increased my communication skills and encouraged me for perfect work.
