The Product Roadmap
The Product Vision:
Proposed system will be designed based on the concept of identification of the

personality, logical as well as reasoning skills of the student by developing a various type
of test such as personality test, aptitude test, Literacy test etc. as well as utilizing the
various attributes such as attendance, CPI, review of the students from the faculty
member etc. This product is useful for the various corporate purposes where company
wants to hire the students based on the score students achieve by attending various test on
the platform. Proposed system has following goals.
To design a test module for the identification of the personality, Logic, Reasoning,
Literacy of the student.
To manage the Score card of the students in cloud database for the easy access.
To provide a global platform to the companies for recruiting the students based on the
performance of the students.
To reduce the efforts and time required to conduct the test in a company premises.

Revised User Stories:
“As a student I want to apply for the various test provide by this platform so that I
can able to view my overall performance in the various domains such as Literacy,
Personality, Aptitude, Reasoning etc.”
With the following Acceptance Criteria:
Considering that I am on the login page of the portal, I should have to enter my mail Id as
well as the Enrollment Number for the login and system will match it with the database of
the students.
Considering that after entering the mail Id and Enrollment number, if both values are
legitimate then system should send OTP on the given Mail Id.
Considering that I am on a home page of the system, I should have to start the Test by
clicking the “START TEST” button.
Considering that Test will end after the timer goes to zero, I should have to complete the
test before the timer goes to zero.
Considering that I am on a report card, I can share that card via mail to any recipient.
Considering that System will provide the random question to every participant, I should
have to write answer by my own.
“As a student I want to share my score card using mail so that I can able to display
my competitiveness in the market”

Considering that I am on a score card page, I should have to click share button given on
the top to share the score card.
Considering that Score card that I want to share is in PDF format.
Considering that there is a separate menu to view my score card in PDF format.
Considering that this format is not an editable format.
Considering that I can not able to download the scorecard external to avoid the editing in
the scorecard.
“As a HR manager I want to view the scorecards of various students so that I can
segregate the appropriate candidate for the requirements of my company”
Considering that I can view the scorecard of the students in my mail.
Considering that I have to request Admin via mail to send the score cards available in the
system.
Considering that scorecards are only available in the PDF format.
“As an Admin I want to setup the various modules of the test for the students so that
I can able to calculate the various types of the score such as Personality Score,
Aptitude Score, Literacy Score etc.”
Considering that I have an Id and password to access the admin module so that I can login
to the portal
Considering that I have a right to modify update and delete the questions according to the
need so that I can manage question paper accordingly
Considering that I can set as well as change the timer of the test so that I can justify the
time required to appear the questions
“As an Admin I want to access the database of the University using APIs so that I
can utilize the various attributes related to the students such as Attendance, CPI,
Revies etc.
Considering that I have an access of API to connect with the database of the University
(Dummy Database in this portal) So that I can access the various data of the students
Considering that these data are useful to implement the business logic of the score card of
the student.
“As an Admin I want to store and filter the scorecards of the students so that I can
able to segregate the scorecards according to the requirements of the corporates”
Considering that I have an access of the scorecards of the students which are stored in the
central database so that I can access that scorecard for the future purpose
Considering that I have a various types of filters designed to segregate the scorecards
according to the year, department or score criteria so that I can utilize those functionalities
to search the appropriate profile.
Considering that I have an access to the mail server so that I can share the scorecards with
the various companies.
“As a Placement officer of the college I want to provide the opportunity to the
students using online test platform so that I can able to place them in a good
company”
Considering that placement officer doesn’t have separate panel for managing the student
profile or don’t have any access to the system.
