    3rd Diocesan Youth Executive Council Meeting

    Botolan, Zambales
    July 3, 2021
    1. The meeting began with a holy mass presided over by Rev. Fr. Rolly De
    Guzman.
    2. Meeting Proper
    A. Call to Order
    The second part of the meeting began with a roll call led by
    Diocesan Youth Executive Council President Mr. Charl’s Darwin
    Paranada.
    B. Recognition of Participants
    The DYEC Ass. Secretary Ms. Elyza Joy Diesta certified the
    presence of 7 parishes, 5 DYEC Officers and 1 representative from our
    clergy. 2 parishes are absent Parish of Holy Child San Antonio and
    Cathedral of St. Rouqe San Felipe. Subsequently Rev. Deacon Alexis
    Santiago declared a quorum.

    C. Reading of the Previous Minutes


    The DYEC Ass. Secretary Ms. Elyza Joy Diesta read the March
    6, 2021 minutes of the meeting.

    Rev. Deacon Alexis Santiago requested the consistency of
    language.

    Mr. Charl’s Darwin Paranada reminded all PYEC President to
    update the list of active youth so that the uniform will be release
    soon.
    c. Calendar Update
    Rev. Deacon Alexis Santiago reminded all Parish to finish and
    submit their picture and history. IGP income will be divided into
    three parts
    60% - DYEC
    30%- PYEC
    10%- Diocesan Council
    d. Diocesan ID Update
    Mr. Edsel John Diesta presented the lay out front and back cover
    of the ID.
