working with technology to automate finances and make work more efficient. He saw the power
of the Salesforce platform as a foundation for building innovative accounting software that
allows our customers to run their businesses their way and gives them full control of their
business management suite through automation, configuration, and customization.
Tony’s unique approach to accounting software has earned Accounting Seed a place among CFO

revolutionary and successful business tool.
Before starting Accounting Seed, Tony worked as CPA at BDO, performing a broad range of
financial services such as auditing and tax preparation for customers. At Herman Miller, Tony
worked as the International Finance Manager where he directed internal audits and managed the
finances for international subsidiaries. He then went on to serve as a Controller and CFO for
Accelera Romaro. Later, Tony transitioned into software consulting to pursue his growing
interest in IT. Working as a Solutions Architect for SSI Consulting, he sold and implemented
Microsoft mid-market systems, serving dual roles as a Presales Engineer and Technical Sales
Consultant.

The three core components of Accounting Seed are General Ledger, Project Accounting and
Enterprise Resource Planning. The General Ledger features includes full accrual accounting
with a a sub-account structure that allows for 4 separate segments. This component enables you
to manage projects and project tasks within the same ledger. You can also generate financial
reports and statements, reconcile bank accounts, and manage accounts payable and cash
disbursements. You can further manage your cash flow by setting up recurring billing, creating
PDF invoices and printing checks.
Accounting Seed provides comprehensive project accounting, allowing you to measure project
profitability against multiple budgets. Time cards with flexible variables allow you to manage
project resources and associated expenses. Built-in expense reporting, scheduled revenue
recognition and multiple billing assets depending on types of work, further allow you to manage
project-associated costs and profits.
The Enterprise Resource Planning features included in Accounting Seed enable you to better
manage inventory and sales orders. You can manage inventory levels and reserve inventory
across a number of warehouses and locations. You can also covert opportunities to sales orders,
