    I, ROBERT OBRIEN KONINI of ID NO.0288767 a resident of Meru Municipality and c/o


    P.O. Box 15679 00503 Mbagathi within the Republic of Kenya do hereby MAKE OATH and
    state as follows:-
    1. THAT I am a male adult Kenyan residing at Meru in the Republic of Kenya.
    2. THAT iam the current owner of motor vehicle KAK 402C Toyota Land Cruiser
    having purchased it over 10 years ago .
    3. THAT the said motor vehicle as per the system of National Transport And Authority
    (NTSA)has no indication of the original owner thus the tape lift herein marked as
    R0K-1’
    4. THAT I would now wish to be registered as the current owner of the said motor
    vehicle save to add that the motor vehicle as per replaced engine is no 0273111 .
    Annexed is a copy of abstract having misplaced the receipts marked ‘R0K-2’
    5. THAT I swear this affidavit to confirm that iam the current owner thus the dire need
    to change ownership details at the National Transport And Authority (NTSA ).
    6. THAT I make this affidavit conscientiously believing the contents hereto to be true and
    in accordance with the Laws of Kenya.
