Apple Inc. is an American multinational technology company with its headquarters in
California Cupertino. It designs and develops consumer electronics, online services, and
computer software. The company is considered as the big four technology company alongside
Amazon (Levy, 2018). The company is well known for the production of iPhone smartphones
with computers and Mark's computer iPads. This company also manufactures Apple smart
watch, Apple TV, and digital player of Air pods. Over the years, Apple Corporation has been a
great inventor with the ability to produce high-quality products that leads to price power
resulting to high-profit margins that improve on the cash flow. The organization offers more than
500 retail stores around 137,000 employees. The firm faces stiff competition from the computer
industry and a leading player of International Business Machines Corporation (IBM).
Huawei Corporation is a Chinese international corporation that deals with smartphone
consumer electronics equipment and telecommunication. This is a smartphone company has it’s
headquartered in Shenzhen Guangdong in China (About Huawei, 2017). Huawei is one of the
leading global providers of information and communication technology (ICT). It has
infrastructure of smart devices and integrated solutions across the vital domain of Tele-network.
Huawei was founded in 1987 by a private company and owned by employees of more than 8000
with its shares and most significant shares of 1.4% of the total stock in the marketplace (Guo,
Has & Liu, 2019). Its core value is to stay a consumer-centric in providing and guaranteeing their
customers with successful dependents of their services. Moreover, partnership for Huawei and
Apple Inc. will reduce the management of appropriateness concern in government regulations in
distributing the services in current status.

strong Brand and operate a span of more than 170 countries. While Apple Inc. has innovation of
the product strength of people unable to help the company enjoy the markets serve on its
leadership position. Apple is a leading technology in the world with a strong brand. Similarly,
the value established in 2015 improved by 118.9 billion dollars (Marketing91, 2018). The design
technology offers the best Apple products in the market and benefits its acquisition of machines.
Merging the portfolio of top smartphone of Huawei and Apple Inc. innovation and strong brand
will impact future improved sales in market.

Many controversies and painted images of Huawei related to overseas markets and western
nations, particularly the United States, affect product sales. On the other hand, Apple Company
emerges customer expectations from other cooperation is an issue. The corporation faces the
incompatibility of the critical issues within the organization and producing of Apple products. It
faces stiff competition from other companies that offer low prices for their products, such as
those of Nokia, Huawei, and other industries producing mobile phones and software accessories.

alliance have an impact to customer’s satisfaction hence it has to improve on the future market.
Threats of Huawei and Apple
The company faces stiff competition from leading companies like, Nokia, and Samsung. A
regular pressure from the increasing Syria threats of global technology and trade restrictions
from the United States market affects Huawei’s companies’ income (Notesmatic, 2019). The
tension between the US and China, which affects the organization's market serves. Similarly,
Apple Company faces challenges of penetration of smartphones in the market and stiff
competition from IBM. The laptop competition of MacBook is a threat to the organization and
the introduction of beautiful models from over the leading Alien ware models. A trade alliance is
going to improve on the sales of foreign states thus creating good relationship within this two
companies.

needed to improve on the company's interest. Apple companies motivate their employees by

product discounts. Besides, Huawei believes in high salary and welfare as the first factor that
push its employees moving forward as a way of developing an efficient reward system in order
to motivate all works.

The trade alliance is expected to improve on Huawei market share of 42% up to 66% and
improve the sales of its products like Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, among other products in the United
States market. This trade alliance will also have an impact to improve on the quarter of the third
quarter annual revenue of Apple Inc. from 40% of quarter devices to up to 60% of iPhone 11
sales in the China market. The tread alliance is also expected to improve on the German
automaker of North American auto mobility from 91% up to 95% of the United States customers
who rely on the iPhone product (Doffman, 2019). As a result, the China market of iPhone will

improve from 80% up to 90% of iPhone users when these two companies create an alliance. The
improved 5G device of Huawei Company will catch new customers of the United States to
promote the 5G network to the next quarter. In return, Huawei is expected to enjoy the

products have been restricted in the United States market.
