All Authority bills may be paid by one of the following methods : Pay your bill on time.

ONLINE - Sign up today to pay your bill online After the 21st day, a late charge of 1.5% will be
with a credit card/debit card assessed on the outstanding balance.

AT YOUR BANK - Pay at your local bank Any balance not paid in full by the due date is
considered past due and is subject to disconnection of
POST OFFICE - Pay at your local post office services.

BY MAIL - Mail to the Water Authority In the event that it becomes necessary to disconnect
PO Box 1104 water service for non-payment, the past due amount plus
Grand Cayman, KY1-1102 a reconnection fee of $25.00 must be received in our
office before service will be restored.
IN PERSON - At our offices;
Grand Cayman, 13G Red Gate Rd Customers unable to pay their bill in full by the due date
Cayman Brac, 96 Crossroad should contact our office to make a payment agreement .
Payment Agreements are allowed on a case by case
