Multiple transverse and longitudinal scan of the neck was obtained.

The thyroid gland is enlarged in size.


The right lobe measures 5.7 x 2.6 x 3.0 cm
The left lobe measures 5.1 x 1.5 x 1.9 cm
The parenchyma of both lobes shows homogenous echo texture.
The isthmus is unremarkable.
Color flow studies show normal vascularity
