Vivian Domingo, a 53-year-old female, underwent a neck ultrasound which found an enlarged thyroid gland. The right lobe measured 5.7 x 2.6 x 3.0 cm and the left lobe measured 5.1 x 1.5 x 1.9 cm. Two nodules were detected, one on the right lobe measuring 4.0 x 3.5 x 2.0 cm and one on the left lobe measuring 1.0 x 0.8 x 0.7 cm.
