    Ma’am;

    We, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Baybayog, are conducting a livelihood program for
    the Out of School Youth residing in the said barangay, specifically raising livestock. In
    conducting the said program, we are currently on planning to put up a stockyard to hold number
    of animals and livestocks.

    In line with this, may we request from your good office for a 6pcs wood post measured 6x6x10
    and 3pcs wood post measured 6x6x12 for the completion of the stockyard. This would really
    help our program successful and a big help to the Out of School Youths.

    We are looking forward for favorable response regarding this matter.
