Task Preparation
You will take part in two appraisal meeting role-plays in pairs (one as manager,
the other person being managed). You will receive role-cards, please read
through the information.
The meeting will be based on this information, but try to add some of your own
ideas as much as you can.
You are going to role play an appraisal meeting. Take turns playing both
roles.
