1. To sign and execute any and all documents such as Blue Print, authorization
letter, and other pertinent documents necessary to secure the Building
Permits in connection with my purchase of property under contract to sell
with Cumberland Development Corporation located at Block 27, Lot 17
Clayton Heights, Brgy. Guinayang 2, San Mateo, Rizal covered by TCT No.
009-2020006354 of the Registry of Deeds of Marikina City as my said
ATTORNEY-IN-FACT may deem proper and convenient.
2. To apply, process, secure and receive the Locational/Zoning clearance at the
Municipal Zoning office of San Mateo, Rizal;
3. To submit, file, process the application of Building Permits for the proposed
3 storey extension/renovation on my residential building at the Municipal
Engineering office of San Mateo, Rizal.
4. To apply , process and secure Fire clearance, MERALCO CEI, Water
Connection including construction Safety and Health Program (CHSP
Clearance DOLE) and Certificate of Occupancy Permits or to other
government agencies concern.
5. To execute, prepare and sign any paper or document necessary to give force
and effect to this Special Power of Attorney.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform all or any act and thing whatsoever requisite and/or
necessary or proper to carry into effect the foregoing authorities, as fully to all intents
and purposes as I might or could lawfully do, if personally present and acting in person,
and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT
may also do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
