Philppines, who died on 16 August 2021 and 25 October 2021, respectively, in
Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, Philippines:
GIL JOSEPH F. OCTAVIANO III, married to MARICAR A. OCTAVIANO,

Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of 20-9 Via Margarita, Don Enrique Village,
Barangay Mandalagan, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, Philppines,
FLORENCE JOY F. OCTAVIANO, Filipino, single, and a resident of 20-9

1. The decedent EUFEMIA FACIOLAN OCTAVIANO, died on 16 August 2021,

at Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.
2. The decedent GIL NAVA OCTAVIANO, JR., died on 25 October 2021, at

Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.
3. During the lifetime of the decedents, they acquired parcels of land in Bacolod
City, Negros Occidental, particularly described as follows:

plan Psd-54129, LRC Cad. Rec. No. 55), situated in the City
of Bacolod, Island of Negros Bounded on the NE. points 3 to 4
by Lot 48, Block 20; on the SE., points 4 to 1 by Lot 10, Block
20; on the SW., points 1 to 2 by Road Lot 10; and on the NW.,
points 2 to 3 by Lot 54, Block 20; (Alley), all of the subdivision
plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 47 deg.
42’E., 2272.38 m. from B.B.M. 40, of Bacolod Cadastre;
thence N 44 deg. 35’W., 20.00 m. to point 2; thence N. 45
deg. 27’E., 30.00 m. to point 3; thence S. 44 deg. 33’E., 20.00
m. to point 4; thence S. 45 deg. 27’W., 30.00 m. to the point of
beginning; containing as area of SIX HUNDRED (600) square
meters, more or less.”

of Mandalagan, City of Bacolod, Island of Negros. Bounded

by lot 26; on the N., along line 4-5-6 by Road lot 1 (LRC) Pcs-
12562, on the E., along line 6-1 by Lot 30. Beginning at a
point marked “1” on plan, being N. 58-36 E., 2638.90 m. from
BBM No. 30, Bacolod Cad. 39; thence N. 71-40 W., 0.39 m. to
point 2; N. 71-43 W., 9.68 m. to point 3; N. 14-25 E., 14.90 m.
to point 4; S. 76-46 E., 3.60 m. to point 5; S. 71-40 E. 6.15 m.
to point 6; S. 13-15 W., 15.24 m. to point 1, point of beginning;
containing an area of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY (150) square
meters, more or less.”
4. To the best knowledge and information of the declarants hereto, all deceased
left no debts with any person, banking or financial institution;
5. No personal properties are involved in this extrajudicial settlement;
6. In accordance with the law on succession, the herein heirs, children of the
spouses decedents, hereby declare that they are the legal and compulsory
heirs of the decedent, and pursuant to Rule 74, Section 1, of the Rules of
Court, hereby adjudicate unto themselves one-sixth (1/3) pro-indiviso share
each of the above-described real property located in Bacolod City, Negros
Occidental, Philippines, as follows:
a. to herein heir/declarant Gil Joseph F. Octaviano III, 1/3 each of such

property
b. to herein heir/declarant Florence Joy F. Octaviano, 1/3 each of such
property
c. to herein heir/declarant Rose Jessica F. Octaviano, 1/3 each of such
property
