    Pre-employment
    Examination
    Guide
    REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO TAKING
    THE ONLINE EXAMINATION
    1. Desktop Computer or Laptop with installed
    MOZILLA FIREFOX or GOOGLE CHROME to
    access the website
    2. Smartphone with camera

    3. A stable internet connection (at least 2Mbps) to


    prevent any inconvenience while taking the
    test.

    4. Blank sheet of paper

    5. Pencil/pen

    *NOTE:
    -Please be advised that you will not be able to proceed to the examination
    proper if the mentioned requirements are incomplete
    -Remove all unnecessary things in your working area for you to answer
    comfortably.
    JOINING THE ZOOM MEETING

    • The zoom meeting will be used for attendance


    checking and for monitoring you during the
    online examination.
    • Using your smartphones, please log in 30
    minutes before your scheduled assessment.
    • Your zoom meeting link and details
    are provided in the email sent to you.
    *NOTE: if you do not have a zoom
    application yet, you may download it at
    Google Play for android devices or at
    Apple store for Apple devices
    JOINING THE ZOOM MEETING

    • Upon logging in,


    you will be
    directed to the
    video preview.
    Click “Join with
    Video” to enable
    your phone
    camera.

    • A zoom message will


    prompt regarding
    with the audio. Click
    “Call using Internet
    Audio” to enable your
    headphones/speaker
    and microphone.

    *NOTE: for those who will be using a


    headphones/headset, removing these during
    the zoom meeting may result, at times, to
    problems with the audio or disconnection with
    the zoom meeting. If these happens,
    immediately log again in the zoom meeting.
    ATTENDANCE PROCEDURES

    1. Prior to the online examination, the Test


    Administrator will request for you to pan your
    smartphone camera to 360 degrees to check
    your working environment.
    ATTENDANCE PROCEDURES

    2. The Test Administrator will then request for


    you to place your smartphone where you,
    your Computer/Laptop and work area can be
    seen.
    EXAMINATION RULES

    1. Calculators, dictionaries or any reference


    materials are not allowed. However, you
    can use your clean sheet of paper if there
    is a need for manual computation.

    2. As much as possible please refrain from


    eating while taking the test as it may
    cause distraction. Nevertheless, water is
    allowed.
    EXAMINATION RULES

    3. Strictly, you are not allowed to


    ask for anyone’s help while taking
    the test. If you have any questions,
    contact your test administrator.
    LOGGING IN INTO THE
    EXAMINATION WEBSITE

    You may access the examination by logging in


    to www.vabdi.com

    The username and password will be provided


    by the test administrator after the attendance
    check.
    EXAMINATION ACTIVITIES

    1. The test is divided into three parts:


    • Cognitive (timed)
    • Personality Tests (untimed)
    • Essay (timed)

    2. Please ensure that you have read and


    understood the instructions in the online
    test before proceeding to the actual test.

    *you can still view the instructions later, but


    it will consume your time.
    EXAMINATION ACTIVITIES

    3. For timed tests, though you are not


    required to answer all the items, it is
    highly encouraged to answer as much as
    you can.

    4. When the time is up, your answers will be


    automatically submitted to the system.
    EXAMINATION ACTIVITIES

    5. On the other hand, you are required to


    answer all the items in the personality
    tests.

    6. After the exam, please ensure that the


    LOG OUT page will pop out. Kindly click
    the log out button and inform the test
    administrator that you are done with the
    test.
    ADDITIONAL REMINDERS
    1. You are being monitored in the camera.

    2. Taking photos or pictures are strictly


    prohibited.

    3. If you encounter any problem, please


    inform the test administrator as soon as
    possible.
