    With reference as our discussion with you as on 07/02/2023. We are submitted herewith the
    following documents.

    1. I have attached herewith the Xerox copy of Index II for the sale consideration from Highrise
    Buildcon as per the Development Agreement No. HVL9/2952/2022 dated 03/03/2022.
    2. I have claim the said Capital Gain under Section 54F for the Construction of the Residential
    House at place Dhandeghar Tal. Mahabaleshwar Dist. Satara. I have incurred expenditure upto
    01/02/2023 for the construction. The total amount paid for construction of Rs. 65,12,400.0
    Details of payment attached herewith Annexure A

    I have request you to do needful things for issue the approval for the closing the
    Saving Account No 41156819346.
