HEALTHY DIET

A healthy diet is a diet that is followed by adopting a healthy diet. In addition, the
diet that you live is included in the category of a healthy diet if the calories and all the
nutrients your body needs are met properly. According to the Ministry of Health, a balanced
healthy diet is a pattern of consumption of foods that contain nutrients in the type and
amount that the body needs. The nutrients needed for a healthy diet are carbohydrates,
proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals. Also known as "4 Healthy 5 Perfect". In order to

supply good energy reserves. In addition to its high fat content, avocado has a lot of
fiber, so it takes a long time for our stomach to digest it. This makes us feel full for a long
