In case of errors or questions about your Account you can:

a. Contact us through your Account in the app:

• Open your profile and tap Support


• Tap Something Else
• If it's a Cash Card Dispute:
• Tap Cash Card
• Tap Dispute a Purchase and then tap Start a Dispute. Depending on the version of your app, you'll either tap Contact Support to receive
an email with a form to complete in order to initiate a review, or you'll complete a form within the app in order to initiate a review.
• If it's any other type of dispute press Start Chat

b. Call us at 1-800-969-1940.

c. Write us at Cash Disputes, 1455 Market Street, Suite 600, MSC 211, San Francisco, CA 94103.

Contact us as soon as you can, if you think your statement or receipt is wrong or if you need more information about a transfer on the statement
or receipt. You can report an error up to 60 days after the date we sent you the first statement on which you believe the error occurred.

In order for us to investigate your claim, you will need to provide:

• Your name and Account information (including $Cashtag, email and/or phone number);
• Why you believe there is an error,
• The dollar amount involved; and
• Approximately when the error took place.

We will investigate your complaint and will correct any error promptly. If we take more than 10 business days to do this, we will credit your
account for the amount you think is in error, so that you will have the use of the money during the time it takes us to complete our investigation.

NOTICE OF UPDATE TO TERMS OF SERVICE - ATM FEE REIMBURSEMENT

Effective January 9th, 2023 the ATM fee reimbursement policy for customers that receive $300 or more in direct deposits each month will be
updated. Customers who receive $300 or more in paycheck direct deposits each month will receive unlimited instantly reimbursed withdrawals
at Moneypass ATMs (ATM finder in app), and will receive 1 fully reimbursed withdrawal at any non-Moneypass ATM per 31 days. Any additional
withdrawals at non-Moneypass ATMs in a given 31 day period will be $2.50, plus any fees charged by the ATM operator.
