I N S T R U C T I O N S T O T H E E X A M I N E E S
1. The examinees are advised to check the contents of Admit Card/ Roll Number Slip. In case of any ambiguity, if found in the contents, must be brought
to the notice of the Examination Department or Officer In-Charge of their centre immediately for correction.
IMPORTANT: Make sure to check the examination date & time column as printed in your Admit Card/ Roll Number Slip.
2. Examinees must bring their Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC), driving licence or passport, along with Roll Number Slip (Admit Card) and
display Student’s Registration Card, if issued by the Institute, while coming to the Examination Centre.
3. An examinee who arrives late by more than fifteen (15) minutes will not be allowed to enter the examination premises. Similarly, no examinee
shall be allowed to leave the examination premises within the first hour from the start of the examination.
4. Examinees are advised to keep certain essential articles with them e.g. non-programmable scientific calculator, Admit Card, CNIC, etc.
5. Writing of Roll Number/ Registration Number or any personal data/ information in answer(s) to Descriptive Assessment Question(s) is
strictly prohibited.
6. Log-in/ Access to Question Papers: Examinees will be allowed to access their Question Papers after authorization by Exam Supervisor
[Supervisor’s Password].
7. Examinees must ensure that they have been provided with relevant Question Paper(s) on their Computer Screens.
8. Examinees must stop ticking/ typing immediately on the expiry of allowed time when instructed by the invigilator.
9. Examinees must ensure that they have mentioned time and signed the attendance sheet, otherwise, they will be treated as absent.
10. Any examinee found in possession of Books, Notes, Previous Question Papers, Course Outlines or any other papers, (photocopies or original) in the
Computer Lab, may be debarred from the current as well as subsequent examinations. All circulars or examination notices must be kept in the
envelope and should not be lying open on table during examination. Examinees are not allowed to bring blank papers with them.
11. Examinees are advised not to talk, copy from or in any way collude with another candidate(s) after the commencement of paper.
12. Prohibited Items: Arms & ammunitions are strictly prohibited in the premises of the Institute. In addition, examinees are advised not to carry mobile
phones, laptops, pocket PCs, PDAs, any sort of communication device etc., during examinations. If any examinee found carrying/ using these
gadgets, an unfair mean case will be registered as per the Institute’s policy.
