future, Heena wants to build a successful software company in the social sector. To
understand how a software company is set up, she takes up a job in a startup. In the
job, she takes on challenging projects. The start-up is able to expand its work
because of her efforts. She realizes that she needs to learn about modern
technologies. So, she takes up different software courses and participates in training
programs. After a year she is able to start a software firm to help rural people get
access to medical care through technology.

create more value, an opportunity to develop themselves, e.g., in their ability to work with
teams, getting everyone together, taking initiative, ensuring project is done to the best
quality, including everyone’s points of view, etc.
2. Look for answers that talk about focus on safety and seeing a wider contribution view of
his role, rather than as an expectation or duty to be completed out of force, e.g., checking
ID cards of all students is important for their safety and college’s safety, helping students
understand the importance of ID cards etc.
