March 28, 2023

To all Teacher Education Students,

A Pleasant Day!

We are writing to inform you about the recent ratification of the Teacher Education Student
Organization (TESO) Constitution and By-Laws. TESO was established to provide a platform for
teacher education students to engage in activities that enhance their personal and professional
growth in academics, literature, and sports.

After a thorough review and approval process, the TESO Constitution and By-Laws have been
ratified. The constitution provides a legal framework for the organization's operation and
ensures that the objectives are achieved. Necessary amendments have been made to ensure
conformity with the laws and regulations of the university and the land.

We are writing to request your agreement to the proposed amendments. We believe that these
amendments will enhance the operations of the TESO and ensure that all members adhere to
the set rules and regulations.

We have made the TESO Constitution and By-Laws available to all teacher education students
for review and feedback. We appreciate your participation in the review process, and we would
like to seek your approval of the proposed amendments.

The ratification of the TESO Constitution and By-Laws will give legal recognition to the
organization, enhance its credibility, rights, and welfare of students, and promote equality within
and beyond the university.

Please indicate your approval or any objections to the proposed amendments through
teso.chmscbin.org@gmail.com. We appreciate your prompt response.

Thank you for your cooperation.
