1. Sawn off shotgun The gun originated from America, meaning that the murderer also originated from America or has at least visited the country. 2. It could also be used by the murderer as a sign to spread the news of the murder to the murder organization who’s members can distinguish the sign. It could mean that the murderer was one of the Vermissa valley Scowrers as that organization also had their own brand as evidenced by how one of their members teddy Baldwin displayed the brand. 3 The moat There was a moat surrounding Birlestone Manor which was always lifted at 6 pm. Later escaping unseen by crossing the moat as evidenced by the next clue. 4. The foot print on the window There was a moat around Birlestone Manor and the foot print sill stated the possibility that the intruder escaped through the window and crossed the moat to retreat. 5.
