LABOUR MARKET OFFICE CANADA (LMIA) CONFIRMATION FOR # 3279

Service Canada Centre #5761

Temporary Foreign Worker Program,
1002-5500 N Service Rd, Burlington,
ON L7L 694, Canada.
27/03/2023

QA Lead
Sumo Digital Ltd.
Vancouver, BC. 3P4, Canada.

Dear Sumo Digital,

This is to inform you that Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) has determined that your
application for a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) received on 2023-01-24 meets the
requirement of the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP).

This positive opinion is based on the information and supporting documentation you provided in the context
of your application. It is subject notably to your compliance with legal requirement related to the
employment of the foreign worker. These requirements include, but are not limited to all workers in Canada
being.

Protected by relevant labour and employment laws entitled to work in a safe workplace where their health is
protected and able to file a complaint with the federal, provincial or territorial department responsible for
employment standards, if they are not being provided with the proper wages and working conditions.

For information on employment standards visit http://www.labour.gc.ca/eng/regulated.shtml

The foreign worker requires a copy of this LMIA and Annex A to apply to Citizenship and Immigration
Canada (CIC) for their Express Entry or work permit and must apply prior to the LMIA expiry date stated in
the annexes, CIC will also need the foreign worker to submit a copy of employment contract (if applicable to
the program stream), signed by the employer and the foreign worker, prior to issuing a work permit. An
LMIA does not authorize the foreign worker(s) to enter, remain or work in Canada, it is only on of CIC’s
requirement to determine whether or not to issue work permit.

Please not that if a work permit is issued to a foreign worker on the basis of this opinion, you are required to
comply with the condition set out in the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR) and
outlined in this LMIA letter and annexes. In accordance with the provisions of the IRPR, unless justified can
result in your name being added to an ineligibility list and your inability to access the (TFWP) for two years.
