    Step Action
    (1) Click Works.
    (2) Click Administrative Sanction.

    (3) Click Create New .


    (4) Select Migrated.

    (5) Select the input help Phase 1 by clicking it.


    Enter AGC05 in the Department box.
    (6)

    (7) Use the vertical scroll bar to display the desired screen area.
    (8) Click More.
    (9) Click G.O.Rt.No. 708.
    (10) Click Create.
    (11) Enter 708 in the Sanction Number box.
    (12) Click the Sanction Type button to open a dropdown list.
    (13) Select the entry RT by clicking it.
    (14) Use the vertical scroll bar to display the desired screen area.
    (15) Click Create.

    (16) Click Enter Full Screen .


    (17) Click the Category button to open a dropdown list.
    (18) Select the entry CAPITAL by clicking it.
    (19) Click the Scheme button to open a dropdown list.
    (20) Select the entry NEERU CHETTU by clicking it.
    (21) Use the vertical scroll bar to display the desired screen area.
    (22) Click the Executing Department button to open a dropdown list.
    (23) Select the entry AGC05 : Marketing Dept by clicking it.

    (24) Click Add to Table .

    (25) Select the input help Head of Account by clicking it.


    (26) Click 4435011011304530531VN 3.
    (27) Enter 100 in the % Share box.

    (28) Select the input help DDO by clicking it.

    (32) Select the entry Plain by clicking it.

    (34) Select the input help Village by clicking it.


    (35) Select the ANANTAPUR check box.
    (36) Click OK.
    (37) Click DETAILS OF WORK.

    (38) Select the input help Main Work Nature by clicking it.
    (39) Click BUILDINGS.

    (40) Select the input help Subclass Level 01 by clicking it.


    (41) Click NON RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS / OFFICES.
    (42) Click ESTIMATES.

    (43) Click Add to Table .


    (44) Click Create.
    (45) Click SECTIONS.
    (46) Click Create Section.
    (47) Click the Section button to open a dropdown list.
    (48) Select the entry Cost of Work/Execution 2 by clicking it.
    (49) Enter Construction of tank in the Short Description box.
    (50) Click Create.
    (51) Click Construction of tank.
    (52) Use the vertical scroll bar to display the desired screen area.
    (53) Click Add Specification.
    (54) Click the Source button to open a dropdown list.
    (55) Select the entry Master by clicking it.

    (56) Select the input help Select Specification by clicking it.


    (57) Enter RBR* in the Search box.
    (58) Click RBR-BASC-1-3.
    (59) Click Create.
    (60) Click Add Specification.
    (61) Click the Source button to open a dropdown list.

    (67) Enter 150 in the Quantity box.
    (68) Enter 2500 in the Rate box.
    (69) Enter 180 in the Quantity box.
    (70) Enter 3200 in the Rate box.
    (71) Click Save.
    (72) Click OK.

    (73) Click Enter Full Screen .


    (74) Use the vertical scroll bar to display the desired screen area.
